CATDOLL: What is the difference between pearl grouper and abalone grouper?

Grouper is a deep-sea fish. By the way, deep-sea fish has the highest nutritional value among all fish, so grouper is loved by many people. In addition, there are these deep-sea fish: hairtail, cod, sardines, salmon, tuna, sea bass, Spanish mackerel, pomfret, dace, anchovy, horseface fish, and mackerel.

Freshwater grouper and deep-sea fish are the most nutritious and delicious fish among all fish. In order to adapt to the environment, the physiological functions of deep-sea fish have undergone great changes. These changes are mainly reflected in the muscles and bones of deep-sea fish. Due to the huge water pressure of the deep-sea environment, the bones of fish become very thin and easy to bend; the muscle tissue becomes particularly flexible and the fibrous tissue becomes surprisingly fine. What's more interesting is that the fish skin tissue becomes just a very thin layer of membrane, which can fill the physiological tissue in the fish body with water and maintain the balance of internal and external pressure. This is why deep-sea fish will not be crushed under such huge pressure conditions.
