CATDOLL : CATDOLL: How to raise river shrimp in a fish tank at home?

Shrimp are easy to raise, as long as they are healthy in the market, they will also be easy to raise at home. Put a layer of gravel in the fish tank where you raise shrimp, and put some aquatic plants in it.

When raising river shrimps, you need to be well prepared, such as using fish tanks and aerators. You cannot be blind and have to pay attention to the environment. Put them in a quiet place, preferably with some bottom sand, and place obstacles, etc.

Put the shrimp in a temporary tank for a while, use a small fish net to pick out the injured and sick ones and release them.

It is best to put some sand, pebbles and stones in the fish tank and plant some water plants to better simulate the wild living environment of river shrimp.

It is best to keep them in a covered fish tank, otherwise the shrimps will jump out of the tank. My shrimps once jumped out of the tank and died, which is a pity.

Feed river shrimps with bread crumbs, steamed bread crumbs, biscuit crumbs, and potato crumbs.

Change the water every week. It is best to use river water or lake water. If not available, use tap water.
