CATDOLL: How to make and eat dried beef tripe

Beef tripe is a delicious traditional food that not only has a unique taste and flavor, but is also rich in nutrition. For many people, making beef tripe may be a little confusing. Next, we will introduce you to a simple and easy way to make it and some eating tips.

Prepare the materials:

  • Fresh beef tripe (250g)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • White pepper (to taste)
  • Cooking wine (appropriate amount)

  • Cooking oil (appropriate amount)

Production steps:

  1. Put the beef tripe into the pot, add appropriate amount of water, cooking wine and some ginger slices, blanch for one minute after boiling, remove and set aside.
  2. Let the blanched beef tripe cool down and cut into strips about 2 cm wide with a knife.
  3. Prepare a container and put the cut beef tripe into it.
  4. Sprinkle appropriate amount of salt and white pepper on the beef tripe and mix gently.
  5. Add appropriate amount of cooking wine, mix the beef tripe thoroughly and marinate for 15 minutes.
  6. Put the marinated beef tripe into the steamer and steam over high heat for 10 minutes.
  7. Take out the steamed beef tripe, let it cool and then slice it.
  8. Heat the wok, add appropriate amount of cooking oil, put in the chopped beef tripe, and stir-fry evenly.
  9. Add appropriate amount of salt and chopped green onion and ginger to season, and continue to stir-fry for a few minutes.
  10. Finally, serve with appropriate amount of garlic chili sauce.
