How to make fried earthworms

Product name: Fried earthworms

Ingredients: lotus root, minced meat, ginger, salt, pepper, green onion

practice:

1. First peel the lotus root.

2. Cut the lotus root into small pieces

3. Use a scouring pad to grind the lotus root into fine powder.

4. Grind all the lotus roots into fine pieces

5. Filter out most of the water

6. Grind the peeled ginger into powder

7. Add salt, MSG, pepper, chopped green onion and other seasonings to the prepared lotus root and mix well.

9. Stir in one direction and marinate for ten minutes

11.Stir evenly in the same direction as before.

14. Heat the oil in a pan until it is 50% to 60% hot.

15. Fry until golden brown and remove

16. Place on a plate lined with kitchen paper to absorb the oil
