How to quickly sew a scallop cage?

Scallop cages are divided into farming scallop cages and capture scallop cages. Farming scallop cages are mainly used for scallop cage farming, and capture scallop cages are a kind of net for catching scallops.

A scallop cage is a trap similar to a fish weir or lobster cage. It is made of a thick steel frame with thin wires wrapped around the outside. The mesh covering the outside of the frame becomes thinner as it goes into the scallop cage. Once the scallop cage reaches the exit, it cannot swim out. It is a tool for catching scallops.

A method for making a fast-sewn scallop cage

[Patent Abstract] A fast-sewing scallop cage, belonging to the field of fishery engineering equipment and technology. The scallop cage includes a scallop cage body, a sewing zipper and a single-leaf placket; the scallop cage body is a soft cylinder surrounded by a plastic net, and a hard plastic partition with mesh holes in the middle separates several compartments for placing breeding objects.

A sewing zipper is installed at the opening of the scallop cage body. The single-leaf placket surface covers the sewing zipper. The single-leaf placket surface is divided into a fixed side and a free side. The fixed side of the single-leaf placket surface is fixed to one side of the sewing zipper by sewing or heat bonding, and the free side of the single-leaf placket surface is combined with the other side of the sewing zipper by a Velcro strap and a magnetic blind button.

The present invention can replace the manual sewing process of traditional scallop cage production, save manpower and material resources, can greatly improve the production efficiency and benefits of raft culture production seed packaging, and has good practical application and market promotion prospects.
