(2) Red shrimp: The shrimp shell is relatively hard.

Different meat quality

(1) Green shrimp: The meat is relatively tender.

(2) Red shrimp: The meat is elastic but has a slightly earthy taste. The texture is affected by the braised shrimp.

Can it adapt to long-distance transportation?

(1) Green shrimp: Because the shrimp shell is relatively soft, it is not easy to transport long distances, and the mortality rate is generally higher than that of red shrimp.

Breeding conditions:
