3. Heat oil in a pan, add ingredient 3 and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the golden apple snails and stir-fry, then add cooking wine, stir-fry for a while, then add salt, soy sauce and all the spices in ingredient 4, stir-fry for 3 minutes

Add the apple snails and pour in an appropriate amount of water, not to submerge the apple snails. Then add cooking wine, salt and soybean paste and cook over high heat until the water is half full. Add chopped red pepper, chopped ginger and garlic, coriander and oyster sauce. Heat high heat until the sauce is reduced and serve.
