CATDOLL: Is the dragonfish a marine fish?

Sole fish is a marine fish.

The scientific name of the sole is Glossopharyngodon thoracis, which is a very high-quality edible marine fish. It lives in the coastal waters of China. It has tender and smooth meat and almost no bones. During the processing, only the middle spine is removed. People do not easily remove the scales during cooking, so they directly remove the fish skin and keep the fish meat. It is a very appetizing dish to go with rice when fried, grilled or braised.

The dragon fish belongs to the order Pleurotiformes, family Glossopsidae, genus Glossops, commonly known as ox tongue, sole, sole, and sole. It is a large warm-temperate near-shore bottom fish that lives in my country's coastal waters all year round. It has the characteristics of a wide temperature, wide salinity, and the ability to adapt to changing environmental conditions. Its suitable temperature range is 3.5-32℃, and the optimum water temperature is 14-24℃.

How to cook longli fish

1. Cut the thawed longli fish into small pieces, add shredded ginger, Pinli extra virgin olive oil and white pepper powder, mix well and marinate for 20 minutes.

2. Boil the tomatoes in hot water for 10 seconds, peel them, then cut into dices and set aside.

3. Pour a small amount of Pinli extra virgin olive oil into the hot pan.

4. Stir-fry the minced garlic, add the chopped tomatoes, and continue to stir-fry over medium heat. After the tomatoes are juicy, add two spoons of tomato sauce and light soy sauce and continue to stir-fry.

5. Pour a bowl of water and bring it to a boil. After the water boils, add the longli fish pieces and cook for about 5 minutes. Pour a small bowl of water starch and cook over high heat until the sauce thickens. Sprinkle some chopped green onions after serving. You can also add your favorite side dishes, such as enoki mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, vermicelli, etc., to make a balanced nutritional dish.
