The breeding season of crayfish is summer. Crayfish is a freshwater economic shrimp, which is popular among people because of its delicious meat. Due to its omnivorous nature, fast growth rate and strong adaptability, it has formed an absolute competitive advantage in the local ecological environment. Its food range includes water plants, algae, aquatic insects, animal carcasses, etc., and it will kill each other when food is scarce. In recent years, crayfish has become an important economic aquaculture species in China. During commercial aquaculture, we must strictly prevent them from escaping, especially from escaping into pristine water bodies where few people go. There are three pairs of antennae on the head of crayfish. The antennae are thick near the head and small and pointed at the tip. The pair of antennae on the outer edge of the head is particularly thick and long, generally 1/3 longer than the body length; in the middle of the pair of long antennae are two pairs of short antennae, about half the length of the body. When perched or crawling normally, the six tentacles are extended forward. If frightened or attacked, the two long tentacles bend toward the tail to prevent the tail from being attacked. There are five pairs of walking legs on the chest, the ends of the first to third pairs of walking legs are clamp-shaped, and the ends of the fourth and fifth pairs of walking legs are claw-shaped. |
