It is a commonly used medicine in traumatology, especially for fractures, tendon injuries, bruises and swelling. It can be ground into powder and applied alone, or ground into powder and taken with yellow wine; clinically, it is often used with natural copper, bone drynaria, frankincense, etc., such as Zijindan for Bonesetting (Xizhu of the Origin and Flow of Miscellaneous Diseases); in the late stage of fracture and tendon injury, tendons and bones are weak, and it is often used with Dipsacus asper and Eucommia ulmoides, such as Zhuangjinxugu Pills (Dacheng of Traumatology).
