CATDOLL:Is turbot a marine fish?

Turbot is a marine fish.

The scientific name of turbot is Turbot, which belongs to the family of Flatfish in the order of Pleurotus. It is commonly known as European flounder and is called turbot in China. It is native to the Atlantic Ocean in Europe and is recognized as one of the high-quality flounders in the world.

Turbot is originally a deep-sea benthic fish that adapts to life in low water temperatures. It has a docile personality and is easily receptive to compound baits. It is also resistant to low oxygen and can be squeezed together in multiple layers. It is a famous high-quality farmed species recognized by the international aquaculture community and has become a precious high-end dish on European tables.

Turbot is a cold-water fish, and has very strict requirements on the environmental conditions for breeding. The suitable water temperature for breeding is between 10 and 20 degrees Celsius, 14 to 17 degrees Celsius is the rapid growth stage, the highest lethal temperature is 28 to 30 degrees Celsius, and the lowest lethal temperature is 1 to 2 degrees Celsius. The suitable salinity for breeding is between 20 and 32‰, and 25 to 30‰ is the most suitable. Breeding requires clean and pollution-free water quality, continuous oxygenation in the breeding pond, and cleaning of the breeding pond every two days to prevent the residue of bait and excrement from causing bacterial proliferation.

It takes one year for male turbot to reach sexual maturity, and two years for female turbot to reach sexual maturity. The natural maturity period is from May to August every year. Artificially cultured broodstock can obtain mature eggs all year round under the conditions of temperature and light control. Currently, artificial insemination is used for artificial reproduction. It is a marine benthic fish of the genus Turbot, family Flatfish, order Pleurotus, class Osteichthyes.

Whether it is freshwater fish or marine fish, its nutritional content is roughly the same, and the overall nutritional value is very high. First of all, fish meat is wow~~, "People traveling on the river love the beauty of perch. Look at the boat, appearing and disappearing in the wind and waves."

It's a fish kept in seawater.

It is not a fish that is caught. Nowadays, people catch fish that cannot be farmed, so it is rare to see wild fish on the table.
