CATDOLL : What kind of food is better for Himalayan cats?

Like other cats, Himalayan cats are suitable for feeding special cat food. Of course, the owner can also make some nutritious meals for Himalayan cats at ordinary times. You can boil some fish soup, bone soup, meat porridge and the like to feed Himalayan cats, or mix some fruits, vegetables, beef granules and the like in cat food. Himalayan cats like to eat these.

What Himalayan cats cannot eat:

1. Do not eat seafood, such as cuttlefish, shrimp, clams, squid, horse-faced fish, etc. They contain more thiaminase, which is not easily digested by cats and can easily cause allergies to cats.

2. Milk. Cats cannot digest the lactose in milk, so milk may cause stomach upset or diarrhea. In addition to the mother's milk that kittens drink, it is not recommended for cats to drink milk.

3. Grapes and raisins. Even a small amount of grapes and raisins can make cats sick and may even cause acute renal failure. Vomiting sometimes occurs within 12 hours of eating. Other symptoms may appear within 24 hours, including lethargy, diarrhea, loss of appetite, abdominal pain, and decreased urine output.
