Persian cats have different eye defects:

1. Most cats with heterochromia may have hearing impairment, which affects their hearing. Some cats with heterochromia may have blurred vision and myopia. This is caused by congenital genetic defects and cannot be cured by any acquired treatment.

2. Cats with heterochromia have a genetic defect. If it is a purebred Persian cat, the two eyes are the same color, which can be blue, copper, gold, or amber. The darker and purer the color, the purer the breed.
