What bait can catch more river shrimps? What kind of environment do river shrimps live in?

1. Bait types: When fishing for river shrimp, you can use wine lees, fried bean cake powder, rice bran, wheat bran and other baits with wine smell and fragrance, which are attractive. 2. Growth habits: River shrimp are very good at swimming. When they swim, their feet paddle backwards like wooden paddles, and their bodies move forward. 3. Morphological characteristics: The gills of river shrimp are mostly feather-like, with a total of 25 pairs, growing on the side wall of the chest or the base of the thoracic limbs.

1. What bait can catch more river shrimps?

1. Bait Types

(1) When fishing for river shrimp, you can use baits with the smell and aroma of wine, such as distiller's grains, fried bean cake powder, rice bran, wheat bran, etc. These baits are very attractive to river shrimp.

(2) You can also cook the meat and bones and put them into shrimp nets for trapping, which also has a good effect.

2. Growth habits

(1) River shrimp are very good at swimming. When swimming, their legs move backwards in unison like oars, and then their bodies are driven forward.

(2) When a river shrimp is frightened, its abdomen can flex and extend rapidly, and its tail can be prepared to leap backward continuously at an extremely fast speed.

3. Morphological characteristics

(1) The gills of river shrimp are generally feather-shaped, with a total of 25 pairs, mainly growing on the side walls of the chest or at the base of the thoracic limbs.

(2) The epidermis of river shrimp is extremely thin, and gas exchange can take place when blood flows through the gills. The gill chambers contain maxillary boats that can constantly swing, allowing fresh water to enter from the back and ventral side and flow out forward.

4. Breeding conditions

(1) When breeding river shrimp, you should choose fresh water and build ponds or shrimp ponds in places with sufficient water sources, clean water quality and low sand quality.

(2) There is no need to feed the shrimps for about one month before breeding. At this time, the shrimps mainly feed on plankton in the water. After one month, they can be fed.

2. What kind of environment do river shrimp live in?

1. Water quality

River shrimps can generally survive in fresh water, low-salinity water, and water with high hardness. The water quality suitable for the growth of river shrimps must have the characteristics of moderate hardness, neutral or alkaline.

2. Water area

River shrimp mainly live in shallow waters and places with abundant aquatic plants along the shores of lakes. The depth of their habitat changes with the seasons. In summer and autumn, river shrimp can feed and reproduce in shallow waters along the shore. In winter and early spring, river shrimp can hibernate in deeper waters.

3. Water temperature

The most suitable temperature for spawning and hatching of broodstock is about 26-28°C. During the larval cultivation period, the most suitable temperature is about 28-29°C in the early stage and about 30-32°C in the later stage. The most suitable temperature for adult growth is about 20-30°C. When the water temperature drops below 14°C or the water temperature is cold, it will enter the wintering period.

What conditions and techniques are needed to raise river shrimp? How to raise the small river shrimp you catch?

1. Pond: 7 days before stocking, pour new water into the pond to about 30cm, and then apply 50kg of decomposed organic fertilizer per mu of pond. 2. Stocking: In late May, when the water temperature of the pond is stable at 18-20℃, stocking is generally carried out at 30,000-40,000 shrimp fry per mu of pond. 3. Feeding: Feed 2-3 times a day, and the amount of feed should be controlled at about 3-5% of the shrimp body weight.

1. What conditions and techniques are needed to raise river shrimp?

1. Pond treatment

(1) The pond area is 3-5 mu, the water depth is controlled at about 1.5-2.5m, the water source is required to be unpolluted, and the pond has a sandy bottom.

(2) Seven days before stocking, filter the pond using a 60-80 mesh silk screen, fill the pond with new water to a depth of about 30 cm, and then apply 50 kg of decomposed organic fertilizer or 5 kg of urea per acre of pond.

2. Free range

(1) Stocking time: Generally in late May, when the pond water temperature stabilizes at around 18-20℃.

(2) Processing: The shrimp fry need to be desalinated for more than 7 days, and the specific gravity should be below 1.003 before they can be released.

(3) Density: 30,000 to 40,000 shrimp fry (each with a size of 0.7 to 1 cm) are stocked per mu of pond, and 80 to 150 silver carp and bighead carp can also be raised together.

3. Feeding

(1) In the first month, due to the previous water quality cultivation, there is more plankton in the water for the shrimp fry to eat, so there is no need to feed.

(2) After one month, feed compound feed and supplement with fresh fish.

(Note 3) The daily feeding amount should be controlled at about 3-5% of the shrimp's body weight, and it should be fed 2-3 times a day, with one-third of the total feeding amount during the day and two-thirds of the total feeding amount at night. If it is from July to September, the feeding amount can be appropriately increased.

4. Management

(1) After 10 days of stocking, add 10-15 cm of water to each pond every 7 days. If it is a hot season, change the water every 2-3 days, and change 20-30 cm of water each time.

(2) Every 15 days or so, use 5-10kg of quicklime slurry per acre of pond and sprinkle it throughout the pond.

2. How to raise the small river shrimps you caught

1. Equipment: Prepare a fish tank, plant aquatic plants in it, and place appropriate amounts of stones and sand to simulate the wild environment.

2. Water source: It is best to use river water or lake water for breeding. If there is no river water, you can also use tap water that has been exposed to the sun for 2 days.

3. Food: You can feed plankton or bread crumbs, biscuit crumbs, ham sausage scraps, etc.

4. Environment: The temperature should be controlled at around 25℃, and be careful not to expose it to direct sunlight. It is best to place it in a cool and ventilated place for breeding.
