CATDOLL: What are the ornamental fish worth 10,000 or 20,000 yuan?

1. What are the ornamental fish worth 10,000 or 20,000 yuan?

Red Dragon, Gold Dragon

It seems that you are not short of money. For red dragon, you can choose fish from famous fisheries such as Mengjil F4, Surabaya, and Robin, but the price may not be less than 10,000 or 20,000 yuan.

Jinlong recommends choosing the classic overhand from Singaporean Li Yasi. It can be done within 20,000

2. Which white ornamental fish is easy to raise?

The only ones that meet your requirements are local original ecological fish, koi, and crucian carp. There are white fish among tropical fish, such as silver arowana, and some relatively small fish, but most of them are obtained through hybridization or other methods, and sometimes they die inexplicably. And tropical fish do not meet your low water temperature condition. Let's talk about original ecological fish. Most of them live in the environment we live in. There are not too many requirements. The temperature is similar to our local temperature, and many freshwater fish are white, such as: vegetable board fish (our local name), horse mouth (female fish), etc. Let's talk about koi and crucian carp. There is also a kind of silver-white fish. Although they are all hybrid fish species, they seem to have inherited some of the vitality of local carp and crucian carp, and the water temperature problem does not need to be deliberately worried about in China. That's roughly it. Although goldfish can meet the conditions of white ornamental fish and low water temperature, their vitality is not strong and they are easy to die.

3. What is this fish called?

Chinese fighting fish [including forktail fighting fish, black forktail fighting fish (black heaven), round-tail fighting fish] is a unique fighting fish species in China, with many names:

Taiwan name: Taiwan fighting fish, spotted fighting fish, three-spotted fighting fish;

Foreign name: Paradise fish (English name: Paradise fish);

Japanese name: Taiwan goldfish

Latin name (scientific name): Macropodus opercularis (Linnaeus) Same genus as round-tailed fighting fish Macropodus chinensis (Bioch)

In a broad sense, Chinese fighting fish is a general term for the five native M-genus fighting fish produced in China and Vietnam. In a narrow sense, Chinese fighting fish does not include the two black forks produced in Vietnam.

Chinese fighting fish are divided into three types: common fork (fork-tail fighting fish), black fork (black fork-tail fighting fish), and round tail (round tail fighting fish). Black fork includes three different species: SPE, ERY, and HK. Only one type of black fork is produced in Hong Kong, Shenzhen and other places in China. Also known as: rabbit fish, paradise fish, Bodhisattva fish, flower towel, bangpeng, three spots, etc. It is produced in freshwater wetland habitats such as wild streams, ditches, and rice fields in my country. Black fork is only produced in Hong Kong in my country, and wild individuals have also appeared in some cities in Guangdong Province. Common fork is widely distributed in Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan, Fujian, Taiwan and other southern regions of my country, while round tail is distributed in the south of the Yangtze River and the north.

The adult fish of Pucha is 5-7CM long, with a slightly flattened body, a slightly pointed head, yellow eyes, black pupils, a short horizontal black stripe on the eyes, and a blue cover spot on the gill cover. The cover spot of the male fish is more obvious. The body color is light brown. The male fish has red and blue or red and green vertical stripes on the side of the body. The color of the vertical stripes will change with the state of the fish. When the state is not good, it will fade to light red and light green. The vertical stripes on the side of the female fish are not bright and obvious, and the whole body is light brown. The base of the dorsal and anal fins is long, the two fins are dark blue, with light blue or white edges, and the caudal fin is red and forked. When the male fish matures, the ends of the dorsal, anal and caudal fins are sharpened. Most individuals have slender and long fins at the end of the fins. The tail is obviously forked, bright red with blue spots, and the end of the drawing is light blue. The female fish has no obvious sharpening of the fins, and the abdomen is slightly convex.

The round tail is similar to the common fork, but the stripes on the sides of the body are more concentrated on the front of the body and the head, showing staggered green-brown and yellow-white vertical stripes. The tail is not forked, but is approximately oval or fan-shaped when opened. Some male fish have light blue star spots on their tail fins.

The black fork is slightly thinner than the common fork, with a body color of light brown, gray, black, green, etc. Some individuals have green, blue, purple, etc. The cover spots are not obvious, there are no vertical stripes, and male and female individuals are similar. The tail is forked with spider web-like stripes, and the male fish has a longer tail.

Chinese fighting fish can survive normally in low-oxygen water because of its labyrinth organ (also known as gill folds). It should be raised in soft water with weak acidity to neutrality, and the best raising temperature is 25-28 degrees Celsius. However, Chinese fighting fish are strong and can withstand low temperatures of 3 degrees, so they can be raised without heating in winter. It is also easy to breed. The breeding water temperature is 28 degrees Celsius, weak acidity, clean soft water, and there must be floating water plants.

Chinese fighting fish males are aggressive, but they can still be raised in groups. However, if you want to cultivate individuals with good performance, it is best to choose excellent young males for single breeding. When raising single fish, you should pay attention to providing enough water. Water fairy filters and changes the water regularly to keep the water clean. Old water soaked in dried loquat leaves (terminal leaves) is helpful for raising fighting fish. It is best to have dark bottom sand and plant moss and floating water plants in moderation. The light should not be too strong. In order to cultivate fighting fish, you should conduct mirror training 2-3 times a day, 5-10 minutes each time, so that the fighting fish can show off and fight with itself in the mirror, and improve the performance of body color and fins. Do not feed for the first two to three days of single breeding. Then feed bloodworms, hamburgers and other feeds in small amounts and multiple times a day. The amount should be eaten within 5 minutes. Excess feed and fish feces should be removed in time.

The male fish is in heat and builds a bubble nest, and the female fish can reproduce after it matures. Put a male and a female fish into the tank for mating. After the female fish lays eggs, the female fish should be removed. The male fish will guard the eggs in the bubble nest until they hatch. When hatching fish eggs, special attention should be paid to ensuring the water quality and water temperature. The small fish can be fed with brine shrimp after swimming horizontally, and the remaining feed should be removed in time. After growing to about 2CM, chopped bloodworms can be fed. Chinese fighting fish juveniles and sub-adults are females. After adulthood, the faster growing fish in the group will become males. Individuals can also be artificially selected and raised alone. The probability of such individuals becoming males is very high.

The male Chinese fighting fish is highly ornamental. A well-fed and excited fighting fish has bright colors and beautiful fins. Frank Schaefer, a famous German ornamental fish expert, commented on the forktail fighting fish in his book "The Complete Guide to Gillfish": "It is the earliest tropical ornamental fish and one of the most beautiful fish species to date."

There are two directed improved varieties of Pucha, Blue Cross and White Rabbit. Blue Cross is a variant with light blue expression all over the body, and White Rabbit is a variant with white expression all over the body.
