1. Summer is here again, and more and more people are going to the beach. How do we find clam nests after the tide goes out?The method to find clam nests after low tide is as follows: there are some small holes on the beach after low tide. People who usually go to the beach can use a small shovel to shovel off the top layer of fine sand. If the edge of the hole is a deflated U shape, it is undoubtedly a clam hole. Sprinkle some salt on it, water will flow out of the hole, and the clams will quickly crawl out. Because clams burrow into the sand after the tide goes out, the density of salt water is less. When some salt is sprinkled into the hole, the clams think it is the tide and rush out. Razor clams live in the near sea. They are in the water when the tide rises and burrow into the gravel when the tide goes out. Some holes look like clam holes, but no water overflows after adding salt. These holes may be white clams. One-year clams July to August. Razor clams can be divided into one-year clams and two-year clams. One-year clams are also called new clams, which refer to the clam seedlings that have grown in the wild within one year. Most of them are about 4 cm in length. July to August of each year is the best period for clams to taste, which is also the peak period for digging clams. 2-year-old clams in March and April. Razor clams are raised again in the second year and become 2-year-old clams, which are about 7 cm long. The meat is more tender and the taste is the best in March and April of each year, especially after entering April, the meat taste reaches its peak, but after May, the taste will decline and the meat will become thinner. Most of the clams on the market are farmed clams, and currently only one-year-old and two-year-old clams are farmed, that is, fresh clams can only be picked in March-April or July-August of each year. The clams in these months are plump and tender, while clams in other time periods are thin and have a poor taste and are generally not picked. Therefore, fresh clams are not available in every season. Salt is the most convenient tool for catching clams. As clams are not resistant to high salt, they will escape from their caves when encountering high concentrations of salt, making it easier for us to catch them. Prepare an empty mineral water bottle, drill a hole in the bottle cap, put salt in it, find the mouth of the clam, put in some salt, and the clam will soon emerge by itself. After the tide goes out, you can find some holes on the beach, which are the nests of clams. You can use salt. When this creature encounters a high concentration of salt, it will escape from the cave. At this time, you can prepare a mineral water bottle, put salt in it, and then it will quickly and gradually emerge. First of all, you need to observe more. There are often clams in the small holes on the beach after the tide goes out. You can spray some salt into these holes to force them out of their nests. 2. Are there subsidies for razor clams?have. The diesel subsidy policy for fisheries is an important policy issued by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council to strengthen and benefit fisheries. It is the largest central government subsidy in the history of fisheries, with the widest scope of benefits and the most direct central government subsidy for fishermen. It is a concrete manifestation of the central government's "Three Rural Issues" policy in the fishery industry. The major freshwater fish involved in this project are the aquatic biological reproduction and release. The project is funded by provinces and planning units, and key support is given to the reproduction and release funds for waters with serious decline in aquatic biological resources or serious ecological desertification, as well as species with mature release technology, sufficient seed supply, obvious reproduction effect and large benefits for fishermen. Against the background of the central government's issuance of a series of guiding opinions on promoting the development of agricultural policy insurance, the pace of exploration of fishery insurance has been accelerating. The Ministry of Agriculture has launched a pilot project on central government premium subsidies for fishery mutual insurance. The pilot insurance types are determined to be fishing vessel total loss mutual insurance and fishermen's personal safety mutual insurance. The central government will subsidize 25% of the premium respectively, and the maximum subsidy insurance amount for fishermen's personal safety mutual insurance is 200,000 yuan per person. The pilot areas for fishing vessel total loss mutual insurance are some key fishing areas in Liaoning Province, Shandong Province, Jiangsu Province, Fujian Province, Guangdong Province and Hainan Province. The pilot area for fishermen’s personal safety mutual aid insurance is Daishan County, Zhejiang Province. Subsidy for aquaculture machinery: In 2018, the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Finance allocated 4 billion yuan in subsidies for the purchase of agricultural machinery. While the scale of subsidy funds has been expanded, the types of subsidies for the purchase of agricultural machinery have also been expanded. Among them, three types of aquaculture machinery, namely aerators, feeding machines and silt removers, have been included in the subsidy catalog for the first time. Subsidy for improved aquatic species: The start of the subsidy for improved aquatic species was the proposal in the "Implementation Plan for the Growth Mode of Aquaculture Industry" to "carry out a survey on the operation mechanism of national-level original aquatic species farms and explore the subsidy method for improved aquatic species". The Ministry of Agriculture's policy research team on healthy aquaculture and subsidies for improved aquatic species went to various places to conduct research and collect evidence. Subsidies for improved aquatic species have been launched in some places, but most of them involve freshwater fish with higher economic value. Subsidy for breeding bases: Shandong Province has deepened the construction of standardized breeding ponds, and plans to use 5 to 8 years to renovate 3.5 million mu of old fish ponds and develop 1.5 million mu of new fish ponds to form a 5 million mu modern fishery production base. Fishery loan interest subsidies: Aquaculture loan interest subsidies are currently only carried out in some local areas, mainly for the decline of reproduction capacity caused by disasters, and for technical transformation, new product development, fixed asset investment, etc. of enterprises that meet local development requirements. Tax incentives: In order to support the introduction and promotion of improved species, strengthen species resource protection, and develop high-quality, high-yield, and efficient fisheries, my country exempted imported fish species (seedlings) used for breeding, farming, scientific research and experiments from import value-added tax during the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" period. 3. [Shangwu Loquat] "Southern Zhejiang is green in May, and the loquats turn yellow as the silkworms grow old." Shangwu Village, Liulong Township, Yongjia County, a famous loquat production base in southern Zhejiang, has more than 4667 hectares of loquat trees and more than 10 varieties. The most planted "Dahongpao" and "Qingbi" are both treasures among loquats, with thin yellow skin, soft fruit, and sweet as honey, which makes your mouth full of saliva. There is also "Red Hair Girl", with red fruits as big as eggs, and 25 to 26 of them weigh 1 kilogram. In the 1980s, the city's loquat planting area had developed to more than 266.67 hectares.
