1. There are often scorpions at home. How to prevent scorpion bites?

1. Scorpions have extremely high requirements for their living environment, and ordinary insecticides can kill them. It is recommended to buy powdered insecticide and place it in every corner of the house (keep away from children and other pets).

2. Use high-proof liquor mixed with water to spray in the house, yard, corners, etc. once every five days. Just spray a few times and it will be fine.

In addition, to get rid of scorpions, you need to understand their habits. Scorpions are nocturnal animals. They like moisture and are afraid of moisture. They like darkness and are afraid of strong light stimulation. They like to live in groups, prefer to be quiet and not active, and have the habit of recognizing their nests and groups. Scorpions usually come out of hibernation in mid-to-late April, that is, after the Waking of Insects, and begin to hibernate slowly in early November. They are active for about 6 months a year. During the day, scorpions mostly come out to move around after sunset from 8 to 11 pm, and return to their nests to roost at 2 to 3 am the next day. This activity pattern usually occurs on warm, windless, dry nights, and rarely on windy days.

Keep the ground moist before going to bed, sprinkle more water, and do the opposite of the living environment that the scorpion is adapted to. This should have a certain effect. If the environmental change is not conducive to the survival of the scorpion, it will naturally look for another place.

Method 1: Scorpions are sensitive to pungent smells. Just use commercial insecticides to spray the corners where scorpions may appear. It is best to spray them at night on a hot day because scorpions come out when it is hot. Although insecticides may not be effective against mosquitoes, they are definitely effective against scorpions. Note that the scorpion may not be dead, so be sure to pick it up cleanly.
