CATDOLL: How to use fluvalinate to control bee mites?

Fluvalinate has contact and stomach poisoning effects on bee mites, and can kill more than 90% of large bee mites (Varroa destructans) and small bee mites (Aglayesima). The drug takes effect a few hours after application, and the bee mites fall off the bee body and all die within 24 hours. The product is safe for bees, has no adverse effects on the lives of type three bees, and has relatively low toxicity to humans and animals. Its preparation is fluvalinate strips (specification: each strip contains 40-50 mg of fluvalinate). [Usage and Dosage] Hang the fluvalinate strips diagonally between the nest frames, 2 strips per box of bees, and hang for 3-4 weeks. It is used to prevent and control bee mite diseases, such as those caused by large bee mites (Varroa destructans) and small bee mites (Aglayesima). [Precautions]

(1) This product should be stored away from food and children.

(2) Open the package before use.

(3) Do not smoke, drink or eat when using the medicine strips.

(4) Wash your hands after use. Used medicine strips should not be disposed of with general household waste but should be destroyed in a centralized location.

(5) The medicine strips must not be left in the beehive for more than 4 weeks.

(6) It must not be stored together with pesticides or other chemicals.
