Squid, also known as squid, is a member of the phylum mollusc, class cephalopoda, subclass hyalops, order decapoda, order sphenophthalmos. The squid has a conical body shape, pale body color with light brown spots, a relatively large head, 10 tentacles in front, and a triangular fin at the tail end. It often swims in groups in the ocean about 20 meters deep. Squid is mainly distributed in tropical and temperate shallow sea areas. Some artificially cultivated squid can grow very large, and the meat is fat, tender and delicious, making it a valuable seafood.

How to make mushroom squid soup

Ingredients: 100 grams of soaked squid, 50 grams of soaked shiitake mushrooms, 20 grams of shrimp, 20 grams of minced meat, 30 grams of winter bamboo shoots, appropriate amounts of cooking wine, salt, MSG, sugar, chopped green onion, water starch, pepper, cooked lard and sesame oil.

Preparation method: Cut the soaked squid into 3 cm long oblique cubes, blanch it in boiling water, pick it up and drain it; remove the stems of the mushrooms, wash them and cut them into slices; add lard into the pot and cook it, add chopped green onion, minced meat, winter bamboo shoots and mushroom slices and stir-fry, add clean water, then add the soaked shrimp and cooking wine, refined salt, and sugar. After boiling, add the squid slices, thicken it with water starch after a while, add MSG, pepper powder, and drizzle with sesame oil.
