What should I do if my cat has ringworm on its paws?

When the owner finds ringworm on the cat's paw, the first thing to do is to lock the cat up to prevent the cat from spreading the germs to other places, and then remove the hair on the cat's paw where the ringworm grows (it is recommended to shave the hair on the entire paw) to facilitate more direct observation of the ringworm. After completing these, first use a cotton swab moistened with alcohol to wipe the affected area for cleaning and disinfection. Wipe 2 to 3 times a day. After disinfection, the owner should prepare the medicine and spray it directly on the affected area. It is recommended to spray some on the entire cat's paw, or you can directly wet a cotton ball and apply it. You can use Petfen spray.

Things to note when treating ringworm in cats:

1. The house should be cleaned and disinfected in time. Use some disinfectant to wipe the cat cage, cat toys, and food bowl. Also mop the floor frequently to kill the ringworm virus remaining in the house as much as possible.

2. Supplement cats with fish oil and B vitamins, which is beneficial to enhance the cat's own resistance. Ringworm usually occurs in kittens, and it is also related to the cat's own resistance and vitamin deficiency.

3. When a cat suffers from ringworm, letting the cat bask in the sun more often will help the recovery of ringworm.

4. Ringworm often occurs in kittens and is prone to recurrence, so the owner must be patient.
