CATDOLL : Things to note when raising Siamese cats

Things to note when raising Siamese cats

Common knowledge about Siamese cat breeding:

1. Regular deworming. If Siamese cats often go out, deworming must not be neglected. It is recommended to perform external deworming once a month and internal deworming once every 2 to 3 months.

2. Vaccinate regularly. Take the Siamese cat for the first vaccination at around 2 months old, and vaccinate it once a year if necessary, because most vaccines are only valid for about 11 months.

3. It is very necessary to accompany Siamese cats in playing or training. This can not only keep the Siamese cats happy and make them more well-behaved, but also consume their physical strength.

4. Choose the right cat food. Siamese cats are carnivores and have a high demand for protein. It is recommended to choose a cat food with a protein content of about 36% to 48% for Siamese cats.

Things to note when raising Siamese cats:

1. When raising a Siamese cat at home, be careful not to neglect it. Siamese cats are sensitive, clingy, jealous, and even lose their temper, so they need their owners to accompany them more.

2. Siamese cats go into heat earlier than other cats, but reach sexual maturity later than other cats. Owners should not find a mate for Siamese cats as soon as they go into heat, as this is not good for their health.

3. Siamese cats love to lick their fur. Their tongues are rough, so it is easy for them to bring hair into their stomachs and intestines and accumulate it there. If they do not comb their fur frequently and remove the hair balls regularly, Siamese cats will suffer from hairball syndrome.

4. Siamese cats are very sensitive to cold, so their cat beds must be in a warm place, with direct sunlight during the day and no cold wind at night.
