Drink honey when you are thirsty. I don’t believe you can’t gain weight! ! !

To put it bluntly, gaining weight is actually very simple. Eat more, don't exercise, and sit or sleep after eating. I only see others wanting to lose weight, but rarely see anyone wanting to gain weight. I want to lose weight every day, but I can't control my appetite, so my weight goes up sharply. It's too easy to gain weight. Finally, eat more at night because you don't work or rarely move after dinner. In addition, it depends on your physiological structure to see what kind of physique you belong to, the type that doesn't gain weight no matter how much you eat or the type that eats less. Most people gain weight if they eat more and lose weight if they eat less. If you don't gain weight no matter how much you eat, then there is no way to suggest that you consult a nutritionist. In fact, I think health is the most important thing. It doesn't matter if you are fat or thin, as long as you are healthy. There are a few points to remind you

1. Good health

It is recommended to do a full body check-up. Don't get me wrong, it doesn't mean that people who can't gain weight are sick. In fact, everyone should have a physical examination at least once a year to prevent diseases. If there are any things to pay attention to, you should listen to the doctor's advice. Because I can't see you in person and don't know which type of thinness you are, I can only tell you one by one. First, there are two types of pathological thinness: one is to remove worms, just take some deworming medicine. Because the pathological type may have parasites in the body, no matter how much you eat, the nutrients are sucked away by the parasites. I'm not trying to scare you by saying this, I'm just saying what I want to say. The other is that the gastrointestinal mucosa is too thin to absorb. In this case, because of poor absorption, the food you eat is excreted, and eating blindly is just a waste of food. Conditioning is not a one-day or two-day process, and it requires slow conditioning with Chinese medicine. If the test is pathological, it is basically difficult to gain 10 pounds in a month.

2. Eat a normal diet

Breakfast, lunch and dinner must be on time. If you can ensure that you gain weight regardless of the weather, it is easy to gain weight. Don't be too particular about what you eat. Just eat what you should eat and don't be picky. I hope that whether you are losing weight or gaining weight, you must first ensure your health. So I don't agree with drinking beer at night. It is filled with water, but you only have a beer belly and basically no meat on your body. You can have some midnight snacks appropriately, but it is easy to gain weight. Eating too much fried food is not good for your body and it is easy to cause constipation and make your face sallow. The healthy recipe for you is to drink more soy milk and eat bread for breakfast. Don't eat the toasted kind, but white bread. You have lunch at the company, so it is not up to you. Drink more water and quit smoking! It is easier to eat at home in the evening. Boil some soup: pork bone soup, pig's foot soup, pork tripe soup, lean meat soup is also fine. You can boil some sugar water and put it in the refrigerator and drink a little when you want to drink it. 3. Get enough sleep

If you don't have anything important to do, try to go to bed before 10:30. If you have a lot of work pressure, go to bed early to relieve the pressure. You can also play some light music before going to bed, which can relieve work pressure. Stress is a major threat to your health. Sufficient sleep will make you energetic every day and relieve stress appropriately.

4. Be happy

It is important to keep a happy mood. If you have time, read some jokes and talk about some light topics. But then again, there are reasons why some people are born not to gain weight. 1. It is caused by the physique of thin people, that is, the body already has the physiological state to produce this phenomenon. First of all, the basal metabolism is high. Basal metabolism refers to the energy income and expenditure required by each person to maintain basic life activities, and it varies greatly from person to person. If the basal metabolism is high, the human body consumes more energy.

2. Thin people have thinner subcutaneous fat and lose body heat easily. Therefore, the body needs to generate more heat to balance it. Therefore, it consumes more energy and is not easy to gain weight even if it eats more.

3. Some mental factors cause excessive secretion of adrenaline to decompose fat, especially when stimulated by some mental stress, which can make people lose weight in a short time. Some people cannot gain weight no matter how much they eat. Their biggest physiological characteristic is that their gastrointestinal system is weak and digestion and absorption cannot function normally. The food eaten is excreted in an undigested form, causing the body to be in a sub-healthy state for a long time. In fact, it is in the same pathological state as obesity.

Contrary to thin people, some people do not eat much but still gain weight. This is due to their physiological low basal metabolism, active fat formation, and low mental stress. Of course, it also includes strong digestion and absorption ability and weak excretion function. The main reason is that obesity is almost always caused by overeating. Surveys show that obese people usually start to eat less after they gain weight, but once the body is obese, it is difficult to eliminate obesity even if they eat less. This is because our body will automatically balance the material metabolism in the body, and will run towards the original track of fat formation, adjusting the food that has been reduced to form fat more reasonably. Therefore, it is impossible to get rid of obesity without fundamental changes.
