CATDOLL: How to peel shrimp

Peeling shrimps: Freeze the shrimps in the refrigerator for 5 minutes, then take them out and peel them. Don’t freeze them for too long or they will lose their fresh flavor. Then peeling them again will allow you to easily peel out the whole shrimp meat.

Or you can start peeling the shrimp from the second or third section and it will be easy to peel it off.

Remove the shrimp thread: Use a knife to cut the shrimp's back along the shrimp thread from head to tail, just a shallow cut, then pick out the thread. This way the shrimp will look better when cooked and will be easier to flavor.

Or you can use a toothpick to poke it from the second or third section of the shrimp, not too deep, and then poke it horizontally upwards.
