The grass carp hemorrhagic disease cell attenuated vaccine is prepared by culturing the virus in vitro with grass carp cells, and then undergoing a series of production processes such as attenuation treatment and freeze drying. It prevents grass carp hemorrhagic disease caused by grass carp reovirus. The grass carp attenuated vaccine better retains the immunogenicity of the virus, and therefore has a better immune protection effect than the inactivated vaccine. The effective rate of preventing grass carp hemorrhagic disease by injecting immunized healthy grass carp is 85%, and the immunization period is 12 months. The grass carp to be vaccinated must have normal feeding activities and a healthy physique. Grass carp that are thin, dead fish in the fish pond, or infected by parasites, viruses or bacteria cannot be vaccinated. This vaccine cannot be used when the aquaculture water quality deteriorates, such as when the dissolved oxygen is below 3 mg/L, the pH is below 6.5 and above 8.5, and when other harmful substances reach the water environment that endangers the survival of fish. The vaccine is administered to grass carp by intraperitoneal or intramuscular injection. It is usually given in the early morning on a sunny day. The vaccine should be administered in strict accordance with the applicable subjects, immunization routes, dosage and precautions in the instructions for use of the vaccine product. The entire operation should be gentle, fast and steady to minimize damage to the fish. Comprehensive management should be strengthened after immunization. This vaccine is only for grass carp hemorrhagic disease. |
