(1) Pond incubation: Generally, about 500,000 fish eggs are placed in each acre of pond (assuming that there are about 200,000 fish fry in the pond). For pond incubation, the fish nest is usually hung in the water of the fish pond. When the fry are just hatched, the fish nest cannot be taken out immediately. The fish nest can only be taken out when the yolk sac disappears, the fry have the ability to swim, and can actively forage. (2) Watering incubation: Choose a ventilated house, build a frame indoors, and hang the fish nests evenly on the frame; or set up a bamboo curtain on the frame and lay the nests flat on the bamboo curtain. Use a kettle to water frequently, and the time and frequency of watering should be controlled to keep the fish nests moist. The room temperature during the incubation period is controlled at 20-25℃. When the embryo develops to the eye stage, the fish nest should be moved to the incubation pond immediately. (3) Debonding and running water incubation: Carp eggs are sticky eggs. If they have been debonded (fertilized eggs obtained by the wide hall sperm method), they can be placed in an incubator such as an incubator bucket for running water incubation. _ ① Mud debonding method__First, mix fine mud with water to make mud water, filter it with a 40-mesh sieve, and put it in a tank with the same concentration as rice soup. One person stirs the mud water with his hands, and the other person immediately sprinkles a small amount of fertilized eggs in the mud water. After all the fish eggs are scattered, continue to stir the mud water for 1 to 2 minutes. Then filter the mud and fertilized eggs together with the net cage, wash off the excess mud, sieve out the fish eggs, and incubate them in the incubator after counting. _ ② Talc [i.e. magnesium silicate Mg (Si4O11)・H2O] debonding method_Talc is used instead of mud to debond, and the effect is very good. Take 100 grams of talcum powder and 20 to 25 grams of sodium chloride and mix them in 10 liters of water, and stir them into a talcum powder suspension. Every 10 liters of talcum powder suspension can stick 1.0 to 1.5 kilograms of carp eggs. _ |
