Feces can be recycled as feed, which can save feed and reduce breeding costs. Especially poultry manure, such as chicken manure and pigeon manure, has a high utilization value. Since the digestive tract of poultry is relatively short, the utilization rate of feed digestion and absorption is low, and the unabsorbed nutrients will be excreted with feces. It is determined that the crude protein content of dry chicken manure can reach 27%. After fermentation, it can not only eliminate odor and improve palatability, but also significantly improve the nutritional value of chicken manure. After fermentation with Tongnong Shengle EM bacteria, it can not only eliminate odor and improve palatability, but also significantly improve the nutritional value of chicken manure. The beneficial microorganisms in Nongshengle EM bacteria multiply and grow in large numbers during the fermentation of chicken manure, decomposing crude fiber to soften and degrade it, synthesizing a large number of nutrients such as sugars, amino acids, proteins, and secreting a variety of biologically active substances such as vitamins, hormones, digestive enzymes, etc., improving the nutritional structure of chicken manure and increasing its nutritional value. In addition, during the fermentation process, the beneficial microorganisms in EM occupy a dominant position in the micro-ecosystem, effectively resisting and killing pathogens, improving the hygiene of the feed, and improving the safety of feeding. Nongshengle EM bacteria fermented feces fish farming is a new technology. After several years of field experimental observation, it has its unique effect on aquaculture. Fish farming units and fish farmers have always had the habit of using human and animal feces, sugarcane bagasse and EM bacteria to ferment and decompose and then directly put them into the fish pond. Because human and animal feces can not only be directly used as bait for grazing fish after fermentation and decomposition, but also the energy and quick-acting nutrients released in the decomposition process can be used as nutrients for the growth of plankton, providing bait for filter-feeding fish. However, when fresh human and animal feces enter the pond, a large amount of oxygen is consumed during the decomposition process, which often causes the dissolved oxygen in the fish pond to decrease, causing the fish to float, and the fertilizer effect is affected by the air temperature and the pool temperature, which is unstable and difficult to control; some parasites and pathogenic bacteria also enter the pond with the feces, which can easily cause fish diseases. If the animal feces are first fermented into the fermentation tank to produce gas, and then the fermented feces are put into the fish pond, it can not only maintain the advantages of direct entry of human and animal feces into the pond, but also overcome its disadvantages. The test results fully prove that compared with human and animal feces and EM probiotics fermented feces feeding fish, the EM probiotics fermented feces can increase the hydrolyzed nitrogen by 15.5%, the ammonium nitrogen by 52.9%, the phosphate by 11.8%, and the dissolved oxygen by 13.8%. At the same time, the number and weight of plankton, especially phytoplankton, have increased, and no fish diseases have occurred. This fertilization method is simple and easy to promote. (I) Operation method and application amount Fermented feces is a kind of fast-acting and slow-acting organic fertilizer. It can be used as base fertilizer for fish ponds or as topdressing fertilizer. How to do it: Animal feces, sugarcane bagasse and other organic debris + Nong Sheng Le aquatic bacteria liquid (about 3-5 kg per ton) with a water content of 40-50%, then piled into the fermentation tank, sealed and fermented for 3-5 days, and fermented for a few more days at low temperatures. It can be put into use when it smells sour or sweet. Note that the taste of the fermented food will vary depending on the raw materials. 1. Use fermented feces as base fertilizer. Spread it into the pond before stocking the fry. The amount of fertilizer to be applied depends on the transportation conditions and the fertility of the fish pond, usually 1000-1500 kg per mu. 2. Use fermented feces and water as topdressing. After the fry enter the pond, fertilization should start from May, once every 10-15 days. Spread 100-200 kg of fermented feces per mu or 300-400 kg of fermented feces water per mu into the pond. Direct input is allowed in places with conditions. 3. Apply fertilizer according to the transparency of the pond water. Generally, in May, June, September and October, fertilizer should be applied when the water transparency is less than 30 cm; in July and August, during the hot season, fertilizer can be applied when the water transparency is 20 cm, and it is sufficient to maintain it at about 10 cm. 4. According to the season and weather changes, flexibly control the amount of fertilizer. In early spring and late autumn, the air and water temperatures are low, fish grow slowly, and do not need much food, so less fertilizer can be applied; in the hot season of July, August, and September, the air and water temperatures are high. Fish grow fast, need a lot of food, plankton reproduces quickly, and consumes a lot of nutrients, so more fertilizer can be applied frequently. 5. Fermented fertilizer not only enriches the water quality and promotes the growth of plankton, but can also be used as bait for carnivorous fish. Therefore, it can be mixed with fine feed to make expanded pellets and directly fed to carnivorous fish. (II) Notes 1. If the fermented feces fertilizer plays a role in improving water quality, the fish pond should be stocked with filter-feeding fish, mainly silver carp and bighead carp, which can account for about 70% of the stocking amount. Some omnivorous fish such as tilapia, carp and crucian carp can be appropriately matched. 2. If the fermented feces are made into granular feed and then sprayed with Nong Sheng Le aquatic bacteria liquid and put into the fish pond, it is advisable to release grazing fish, mainly grass carp and bream, which account for about 50% of the input, and then mix it with other fish. 3. On rainy days, the photosynthesis of phytoplankton in the water is poor, and it is not easy to decompose the effective components in the fermented feces. Generally, fertilizer should be applied in the morning on sunny days to avoid wasting labor and fertilizer. 4. The newly-cleaned and fermented feces out of the pond should be piled outside for 1-2 days to release gases that are harmful to fish growth. 5. If the fish farm uses fermented manure to raise fish, the design of the pond should take into account the gas production effect and the need for regular fertilizer use in the fish pond. A fermentation tank with middle-layer feeding and bottom-layer semi-automatic discharge is preferred. For more details, please consult Nong Shengle technical experts. |
