It is understood that a "Guoshao No. 1" female duck can lay more than 300 eggs a year on average, and the average price of a green-shelled egg is about 0.5 yuan higher than that of a white-shelled egg. This means that raising a "Guoshao No. 1" duck can earn you more than ten yuan more than raising an ordinary Shao duck, so it is also very popular among farmers.
