CATDOLL: What are the prospects for scorpion breeding? (What are the profits and prospects of scorpion breeding?)

Market prospects, profits and risks of scorpion breeding

Scorpion breeding prospects:

With the establishment of New China, animal husbandry has gradually developed, scorpion breeding has also been gradually developed, the scale of scorpion breeding has been slowly expanded, and gradually accepted by people. In addition, with my country's support for the breeding industry, the development of animal husbandry such as cattle and sheep breeding is also limited. At this time, another new product is needed, and scorpion breeding industry came into being with promising prospects.

At present, the prospect of scorpion breeding in my country has formed a pattern of special poultry, special beasts, and special aquatic products going hand in hand. Many varieties have mature technology, relatively stable market, and have formed a commercial production scale. After China joined the WTO, the world economy gradually integrated, and the commerce and trade industry, which had high profits before, has turned into a stage of micro-profits, and there will no longer be huge profits. As for the development of industry, the risk is even higher. If it is not done well, it will stop production and go bankrupt, and lose all the money. Ordinary planting and breeding such as rice, wheat, pigs, chickens, etc. will be hit hard due to market saturation and will not be profitable, while the special breeding industry will be a new "golden industry" due to the lack of market. In addition, there are very few people who understand production technology, so scorpion breeding will have huge room for development, the prospects are very bright, and operators will have a lot of "money".

Although the prospects for scorpion breeding are good, there are many chaos in the current scorpion breeding industry. For example, scorpion breeding scams such as selling breeding scorpions at high prices and defrauding franchise fees occur from time to time. Friends who want to raise scorpions need to be careful!

At present, the scorpions raised in rural areas are mainly whole scorpions. As a kind of Chinese medicinal material, whole scorpions are mainly used for medicine and processing health products (such as scorpion medicinal wine). In recent years, this kind of Chinese medicinal material originally used for medicine has gradually appeared on people's tables and transformed into a variety of delicious snacks. Although the market demand for scorpions is increasing year by year, the overall market demand is still relatively limited. In addition, the scale of scorpion breeding in rural areas is also expanding. The prospects for scorpion breeding are not as good as those TV commercials say. The prospect of breeding scorpions in rural areas can only be said to be possible to make money, but it is impossible to be as profitable as the advertisements say!

Scorpion breeding profit:

If you raise 1,000 scorpions, a pregnant scorpion can give birth to 20-40 pups at a time, and can give birth twice a year. The survival rate of two litters a year is 90%, so there are at least 40 pups each time.

There are about 1,200 scorpions per kilogram in the market. The lowest price of scorpions in the market is currently 800 yuan per kilogram. The profit of breeding 1,000 scorpions is about 186,400 yuan. Therefore, the profit of scorpion breeding is still very considerable.

Scorpion breeding risks:

From the perspective of scorpion breeding risks, since all living animals are subject to birth, death, and disease, it can be said that raising living things has certain risks. Even ordinary breeding such as raising chickens and pigs can cause death and economic losses if the disease prevention technology is not understood.

However, scorpions are poisonous and will not spread diseases, nor will they die in large numbers. Only a small number of individual deaths may occur when the temperature and humidity are not well controlled, which can be avoided after mastering the breeding technology. Even dead scorpions can be used for medicinal purposes.

Therefore, in terms of risk, the risk of breeding scorpions is relatively small. In our opinion, the main risk of scorpion breeding at present is technical risk, that is, the risk of not knowing how to breed. In terms of market conditions, there is currently no "ebb and flow" risk.
