CATDOLL: Nowadays, many people like to eat giant prawns. Are giant prawns river shrimps or sea shrimps?

1. Nowadays, many people like to eat prawns. Are prawns river shrimps or sea shrimps?

Sea shrimp and river shrimp: Sea shrimp is mainly composed of green shrimp, while river shrimp is mainly composed of swamp shrimp. They both belong to the family of long-arm shrimp and have very similar appearances, but their taste and texture are quite different, so the prices are also quite different. Sea shrimp is also called: red shrimp, red shrimp, and large green shrimp. It is the meat or whole body of aquatic and marine shrimp. Sea shrimp is rich in nutrients and can be used as food or as a Chinese herbal medicine.

They live in the coastal waters with fine sand bottoms. They are not very active during the day and often hide in the mud. At night, they are very active and often swim to the upper and middle layers of the sea surface to feed on other ephemera. They are distributed in the Yellow Sea, Bohai Sea and the Yangtze River estuary to the north. They are Chinese specialty products. River shrimps are also known as: green shrimps. Their scientific name is Macrobranchium nipponense. They are distributed in rivers, lakes, water conservancy projects and ponds in my country. They are high-quality freshwater shellfish with tender meat, delicious taste and rich nutrition. They are high-protein and low-fat aquatic products and are quite popular with consumers.

1. Shrimp is rich in nutrients, and its meat is soft and easy to digest. It is a good food for people with weak constitutions and those who need to recover from illness;

2. Shrimp is rich in magnesium, which plays an important role in buffering cardiovascular activity and can protect the cardiovascular system. It can reduce the carbohydrate content in the blood, prevent arteriosclerosis, and dilate coronary arteries, which helps prevent and treat hypertension and myocardial infarction.

3. Shrimp has a strong lactation effect, and contains phosphorus and calcium, which is especially nourishing for children and pregnant mothers;

4. A very important component in the body of river shrimp is astaxanthin, which is the red component on the surface. Astaxanthin (commonly known as ASTA) is the strongest antioxidant found. The darker the color, the higher the astaxanthin content.

River shrimps are usually emerald green, with a loose head and a pair of strong claws that are twice as long as the shrimp body. There are some small patterns on its shell, and the color is dark brown. Compared with sea shrimps, it is very small, but it is also very nutritious and contains protein and some minerals. However, most rivers are polluted now, so river shrimps are also polluted.

Farmed shrimps are usually raised in shrimp ponds. Because they don't need to hide in sand and mud, their shells are very thin. However, sea shrimps need to protect themselves in sand and mud, so their shells are thicker and harder. When buying shrimps, gently pinch them. If you feel that the shells are very hard and elastic, then they are sea shrimps. Farmed shrimps don't have enough calcium, so the shrimp heads feel thinner.

This should be a sea shrimp, because there are basically no shrimps this big in the river.

It is a river shrimp. The big prawn is a freshwater shrimp that grows in rivers and is distributed all over the country. Among them, the prawns in Baiyangdian area of Hebei, Gaoyou Lake in Jiangsu, and Taihu Lake are the most famous.

Green shrimp is a freshwater shrimp, river shrimp, distributed throughout the country, among which the green shrimp in Baiyangdian area of Hebei, Gaoyou Lake of Jiangsu and Taihu Lake are the most famous. Green shrimp, also known as swamp shrimp and wood shrimp, is a species of swamp shrimp that is widely inhabited in China.

2. Which one has higher nutritional value, freshwater shrimp or Arctic shrimp?

Arctic shrimp are highly nutritious.

Compared with other shrimps, Arctic shrimps are more nutritious, especially since they grow in the deep sea and are completely natural wild shrimps. They are immediately cooked, packaged, and frozen with seawater after being fished out. It is said that the whole process takes no more than half an hour, which fully maintains the freshness of the shrimps. Arctic shrimps are the first choice dish at the sashimi counter of Japanese restaurants or Cantonese restaurants.

Nutritional value of green shrimp and Arctic shrimp:

After being caught, the lively sweet shrimps are immediately pre-cooked, graded, frozen and packaged on board. The entire processing process takes less than half an hour, which fully ensures the freshness of the shrimps. Iceland's Arctic sweet shrimps smell like shrimps, taste like shrimps, and chew like shrimps.

Arctic sweet shrimps are different from the common sea shrimps in Xiamen. Each one is about the same size, with a relatively large head and the roe in this part is very special, one granule at a time, a bit like crab, with delicious and sweet meat, and chewy texture. The nutritional value of green shrimps is very rich. It is a kind of river shrimp rich in protein, which is more than ten times that of fish, eggs and milk. The amino acid content is not high, but the nutrition is very balanced.

Shrimp contains a relatively high content of cholesterol, as well as taurine, calcium ions, potassium ions, etc., which can supplement the trace elements needed by the human body. After eating them, they can enhance the body's immunity and have a certain effect of promoting menstruation and lactation.

3. What are the precautions for shrimp farming? What is the difference between shrimp farming and ordinary shrimp farming?

Green shrimp, also known as grass shrimp, can be bred in various parts of the country. The life span of green shrimp is about twelve months. The breeding and hatching period is from May to July. The male and female shrimps that have completed breeding then enter the death period. Green shrimps grow rapidly, and there is a concept of driving out the females in 45 days. Although the life span of green shrimp is one year, farmers can buy seedlings in July and August and cultivate large-sized adult shrimps at the end of the year, and the profit is good. The shrimp market is good during the Spring Festival at the end of the year and the price is high. If you plan to raise green shrimps in early spring, you can also buy large-sized seedlings and breed them until May to sell. The males are claw shrimps and the females are seed shrimps. Now most of the Wulin water conservancy projects have banned fishing, and farmed green shrimps are in great demand in the market. The newly-opened shrimp pond should first be put into organic fertilizer, and several points should be evenly distributed in the shallow water area beside the pond to produce red nematodes. If the ideal liquid fertilizer is used, it will achieve twice the result with half the effort, grow rapidly, and can be sold at standard size (over 5cm) in 4.50 days, fresh and beautiful.

Shrimp ponds must be dried and exposed to the sun after catching shrimps. It is possible to expose them to the sun as much as possible to make them crack. Under respiration, the sludge in the exposed pond will be converted into good fertilizer, and it can also kill possible pests and viruses. Don't avoid exposure for the sake of convenience. This is also necessary to achieve a bumper shrimp harvest. Shrimp concentrate feed is common, and rice bran, bean cake, corn, rice, and wheat can be crushed. Shrimp eat in the evening and night, so feeding concentrate feed is chosen around 4 or 5 pm. Shrimp breeding ponds must strictly prevent water birds from invading. If water hyacinth birds invade and nest in the pond, it is very likely that the shrimp army will die. A small amount of silver carp can be added to the pond at the same time, and perch and crucian carp must not be found!

The key place for artificial breeding is the pond. The pond requires sufficient water resources, clear water, convenient irrigation and drainage, and must not be close to pollution. The total area should not be too large, 3-5 mu is enough, the water level of the pond is 1-1.5 meters, and the water inlet and outlet are required. It is best to have a mesh cloth at the inlet and outlet to prevent the shrimp from escaping when entering and leaving the water. The pond is flat, and the soil is preferably soil and clay. The sludge is removed to less than 15cm, and an aeration pump station is also required. Lime powder should be poured into the entire pond. Under normal circumstances, 20-50KG/mu should be used. Water should be drained before sprinkling. When the weather is hot, the entire pond should be sprinkled with water. After disinfection for a week, some aquatic flowers can be planted or transplanted in the pond to provide a suitable environment for the growth of freshwater shrimp, and at the same time provide natural concentrated feed. The best aquatic flowers are black algae and waterweed, which are planted in two clear ponds respectively. Water can be introduced and fertilizer can be applied 10 days before planting, usually 50-80cm, and the water should be filtered with a stainless steel mesh. In order to prevent shrimp from being mixed with other fish and eaten, organic fertilizers should be used according to the water body to shape zooplankton and provide fish food for the initial growth of shrimp.

Green shrimp is also known as river shrimp, swamp shrimp, or Japanese swamp shrimp. It is a key economic shrimp species widely distributed in waters and seas. It is nutritious, tender and delicious, and is a precious seafood that is loved by everyone. It is commonly found in lakes, rivers, ponds, and swamps. The green shrimp produced in Baiyangdian, Hebei, Taihu Lake, Jiangsu, and Weishan Lake, Shandong are the most famous. It is difficult to make money by breeding green shrimp alone. You must get something. Here are 2 ways to breed and raise them in groups. This method uses the season difference to plant water celery in the shrimp pond during the off-peak period of green shrimp growth (September-February of the following year); during the peak period of green shrimp growth, green shrimp breeding and celery cultivation are carried out (March-August). First, celery cultivation is carried out, and when the planting is completed, green shrimp is raised in the wild. It is best to use green shrimp species with faster growth, larger size, higher yield, and stronger disease resistance. 1800-3000 shrimps/kg are raised in 1 mu of pond, and the shrimp fry are 12-15 kg. When raising them, choose sunny weather and the temperature difference between the temperature in the transport box and the temperature of the pond water should be less than 5°C. The shrimps are caught and sold in early May, and the harvest is completed in July. The pond water is drained in August for pond preparation and fertilization and water celery planting.

1. The pond requires that the shrimp consumes a lot of oxygen and cannot tolerate low oxygen; the shrimp is a bottom-dwelling animal with poor swimming ability and likes to move at the bottom of the pond. 2. Planting water plants and algae. The shrimp is a crustacean and has the phenomenon of molting and cannibalism. 3. Setting up the net. Set up a 10-33 mesh unjointed summer flower net in the middle of the shrimp pond and fix it with a bamboo frame. It is no different from ordinary shrimp farming.

There is not much difference from other shrimps. The first thing needed is the pond requirements, another is to plant aquatic plants and algae, and the last one is to set up the net. Set up a flower net between 13 and 43 in the shrimp pond.

1. Site construction

(1) Because green shrimps have certain requirements for water quality, shrimp ponds can generally be built near water sources, in places with fresh water and no pollution, and appropriate amounts of aquatic plants can be planted around the ponds to provide a good growth environment for green shrimps.

(2) The water depth of shrimp ponds is generally around 1.5m. Before breeding, the ponds need to be cleaned and disinfected to avoid the spread of diseases and the death of large numbers of shrimps.

2. Reasonable stocking

(1) Stocking shrimp seedlings that have no defects on their appendages, are uniform in size, strong and disease-free to ensure the quality of the shrimp.

(2) Generally, it is advisable to release the shrimp fry in the morning or evening on a sunny day. During the release process, the shrimp fry should not be piled up or exposed to the sun.
