1. My family lives in the countryside. There is a chicken coop not far from my home. The chicken droppings are so stinky that flies almost surround my home and I dare not open the windows. There are no flies like a chicken coop. There is no way, unless your kitchen is completely sealed. 2. Methods for removing flies from chicken farmsLet's put it this way. Flies have such a strong reproductive capacity that it seems impossible to get rid of them. Instead of fighting them, why not use them to your advantage? Isn't it true that flies are raised as feed? You can use chicken manure to raise flies, and then use the feed made from flies to raise chickens. It's a virtuous cycle. 3. How to deodorize chicken manureThere are many ways to treat chicken manure, the purpose of which is to achieve dehydration, deodorization, insecticide, sterilization and improvement of palatability. The main methods are as follows: 1. Drying method 1. High-temperature rapid drying. Fresh chicken manure is heated in a continuously running dehydration dryer; at a high temperature of 500-550 degrees Celsius, the moisture content can be reduced to below 13% in a very short time, and it can be used as feed. This drying device mainly includes a heat generator, a combustion chamber, a drying cylinder, a cyclone separator, an automatic controller, etc. This equipment has not yet been developed in China. 2. Mechanical drying: Use drying machinery and equipment for drying, mostly with power heating, at 70 degrees Celsius for 12 hours, 140 degrees Celsius for 1 hour, and 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes before it can be used as feed. The above method requires certain equipment conditions and is suitable for large-scale intensive breeding farms or feed processing plants. Natural drying method. This method is suitable for farmers. Evenly mix rice bran or wheat bran (accounting for 20-30%) into chicken manure, expose it to the sun, sieve it to remove impurities after drying, put it into bags or pile it in a dry place for later use, and add it according to the above ratio when feeding. 2. Fermentation method 1. Mixing and fermentation. Mix chicken manure with other feed in a certain proportion and ferment them, that is, 35% fresh manure, 35% rice bran or straw powder; 30% chopped green feed, mix well, spray water to make the moisture reach about 60%, put it into a cylinder or a brick pool, step on it and seal it with plastic cloth. Ferment for about 5 days. When the chicken manure turns yellow-green and has a wine lees smell, it can be used for feeding. The time can be shortened in summer. 2. Wine lees fermentation. Add an appropriate amount of bran to fresh chicken manure, and then add 10% wine lees and 10% water. Mix well and put it into a fermentation tank or cylinder for fermentation for 10-20 hours, then sterilize it with 100 degrees Celsius steam, and it can be used as feed. 3. Mechanical fermentation. The 9FJ-500IA chicken manure regeneration feed fermentation machine developed in my country can adjust the temperature according to needs, and the fermentation purpose can be achieved in 3-4 hours. The fermented chicken manure is yellow-brown, loose, and has a slightly sour and sweet smell, which is suitable for use in small and medium-sized chicken farms or feed factories. 3. Silage method Use 50-65% fresh chicken manure, chopped green corn stalks, grass, root and tuber feed 25%, and bran 10% to mix, control the water content at about 60% (no water can be produced when held by hand), then put it into a silo or cellar, and it can be used after 30-45 days of being compacted and sealed. It can be used for feeding cattle, sheep and pigs. 4. Chemical method Add formalin (containing about 37% formaldehyde) to 0.5-0.7% of the dry weight of chicken manure for treatment, cover and leave for 1-3 hours. When feeding, add 5% molasses feed and an appropriate amount of concentrate, and feed cattle and sheep together with forage. In addition, the chemical reagents used include sodium hydroxide, propionic acid, acetic acid, phosphoric acid and potassium dihydrogen phosphate. In order to deodorize, a certain amount of ferrous sulfate is often used to treat fresh chicken manure. 5. Extrusion method Also known as the hot spray method, the fresh chicken manure is first dried to a moisture content of less than 30%, then loaded into a closed puffing (hot spray) device, heated to about 200 degrees Celsius, and the pressure is 8-15kg per square meter; after 3-4 minutes of treatment, the chicken manure is quickly sprayed out, and its volume can be increased by about 30% compared to the original. This method has a very good treatment effect, is puffy and palatable, rich in flavor, and can increase the digestibility of organic matter by 10 percentage points. As for the problems of large mineral content, low energy, more non-protein nitrogen in crude protein, and some residual drugs in chicken manure, they can be solved by reasonable feed matching. The above content is for reference only. 4. What to do if there are a large number of flies inside and outside the chicken houseFlies in the chicken coop are unavoidable! Just like the smell in the chicken coop, it is impossible to completely eliminate it! However, you can take measures to reduce the odor in the chicken coop and significantly reduce the number of flies. There are three ways: 1. Raise chickens in a fermentation bed built in the chicken house. Nong Sheng Le's fermentation bed chicken raising technology mainly uses the beneficial microorganisms EM bacteria on the fermentation bed to decompose the feces produced by the chickens in the chicken house. The microorganisms use the nutrients produced by the decomposition of chicken manure to multiply and expand, thereby inhibiting the growth of harmful bacteria and reducing the probability of disease. At the same time, it also reduces the odor of feces! This is an ecological and environmentally friendly process. While reducing labor input, feed input (chickens sometimes peck at the fermentation bed, which is completely OK) and drug input, it reduces breeding costs and improves the quality of chicken meat and eggs! However, you also need to pay attention. First, when raising chickens on a fermentation bed, you need to turn the litter regularly, about once every 3 to 5 days. Because the feces produced by the chickens must be evenly distributed so that the EM bacteria can better decompose them and achieve the desired effect! Second, the temperature of the fermentation bed will be slightly higher than the usual chicken house temperature due to the decomposition of probiotics, so in summer, chickens are prone to stress reactions, and you need to ventilate more. Winter is the most suitable time for fermentation beds because fermentation beds are conducive to heat preservation of the chicken house! 2. Spray the deodorant and disinfectant EM liquid in the chicken house. The main ingredients of Nongshengle's deodorant and disinfectant EM liquid include more than 80 probiotics from 10 genera, such as actinomycetes, yeast, acetic acid bacteria, bacillus, bifidobacterium, etc. A bottle of EM liquid weighs 1 kg, which can be diluted into 50 kg of water and sprayed directly on the corners of the chicken house, the air, and the ground. It is a pure biological agent and has no harm to chickens and livestock. Under normal circumstances, one bottle can spray a chicken house of 200~300 square meters. 3. Physical method: Use some photocatalyst mosquito killer lamps specially used in farms to attract mosquitoes and flies in the chicken house through light, thereby killing them. This can also reduce the number of flies in the chicken house! I hope this can help you, or you can also ask Nong Sheng Le technicians for more information... If it solves your problem, please adopt it. I wish you a happy life! |
