This measure is achieved by uniformly sticking the "Yixing hairy crab" label on the packaging of local crabs. The label is printed with the words "Yixing hairy crab", the product QR code, the code and related query information. Among them, the "QR code" located in the lower right corner of the label is a mature anti-counterfeiting technology in the world, which can help consumers quickly and accurately understand the information of the product. The "QR code" uses a certain geometric figure to record data symbol information on a black and white figure distributed in a plane (two-dimensional direction) according to a certain rule. It has the characteristics of high density and large capacity. As long as the "card reader" is pointed at the "code", the price, origin, breeder, and even the feed and medication used for the crab can be found. There is also a digital "code" corresponding to the QR code at the lower left of the label. According to the code, consumers can also obtain relevant information about the crab by calling 12580, sending text messages or logging on to the Yixing Agriculture and Forestry Network.

At present, more than 100 crab farming demonstration households in Xinjian, Gaocheng, Guanlin and other places have signed pilot agreements. In the next step, Yixing Municipal Agriculture and Forestry Bureau plans to integrate more local hairy crab farmers to join and unify the "Yixing hairy crab" brand. At present, the matching "Yixing hairy crab" trademark is being applied for.
