CATDOLL: How to cook cod

1. How to cook cod

Cod is not only thick and delicious, but also has very few bones. The liver of cod is also high in oil, and the proportion of nutrients it contains is also in line with the optimal proportion of the daily requirement of the human body. The Nordic people call it the "nutritionist" on the table. Here is the cooking method of cod I share with you, I hope you like it.

Cod cooking method 1: Cod stewed with tofu

500g codfish, 200g tofu, appropriate amount of rapeseed, scallion, ginger and garlic slices, appropriate amount of vegetable oil, pepper, salt, MSG, soy sauce and white vinegar.

1. Wash the tofu and cut into small pieces; wash the rapeseed.

2. Squeeze the juice from a lemon and set aside;

3. Spread a little flour on the marinated silver cod and fry it in a pan with olive oil;

4. Turn over and fry both sides for about 7 minutes. Scoop up the fish and place it on a plate. Pour lemon juice and sugar on the remaining oil in the pan. When the sugar melts, pour the juice into the fish.

Tips

Silver cod has tender and smooth meat. Do not fry it for too long, otherwise the fish meat will break easily.

Material:

Main ingredients: Silver cod (one), egg (1)

Ingredients: salt, MSG, pepper, cooking wine, soy sauce, cornstarch, peanut oil

1. Defrost the silver cod, rinse it with clean water, and dry it. It is best to use a clean paper towel to absorb the moisture on the silver cod.

2. Take a small amount of salt, MSG, cooking wine and pepper, mix well, and marinate the silver cod for 20 minutes.

3. Take an egg, use the egg yolk, beat the egg yolk and spread it evenly on the silver cod.

4. Pour cornstarch into a plate, dip the cod fish coated with egg yolk into the cornstarch, make sure the cornstarch is thinly applied to the cod fish, and evenly dip both sides of the fish into the cornstarch.

5. Heat the pan and pour in peanut oil. When the oil is 80% hot, put the silver cod in and fry over medium heat until both sides are golden brown. Then turn to high heat to force out the oil that has penetrated into the silver cod during frying.

6. Take out the fried silver cod and place it on a cutting board. Cut it into pieces and place on a plate.

Add cooking wine to the cod and apply a little salt and marinate for about half an hour

Place ginger, garlic slices, and dried chili shreds on the cod, cover with plastic wrap, put the fish in after the water boils, and steam for about 5 minutes.

4. How to make delicious frozen cod

The delicious method of frozen snow fish is as follows:

1. Steamed codfish The method of making steamed codfish is very simple. You only need to choose a good codfish piece, rinse it, sprinkle a layer of salt on it, add onion, ginger, garlic, cooking wine, and then put it directly into the pot for steaming.
