1. How is the crispy meat of grass carp formed?Fish crisping farming mainly changes the food structure of grass carp to make its meat crispy. The crisped grass carp is called "crispy meat grass carp" (in Guangdong and Guangxi, grass carp is called grass carp). Its meat is firm and crisp, not easy to break when boiled, and not easy to break even after being cut into fish fillets or fish strips. Instead, the meat tastes more delicious and unique, thus meeting the special taste requirements of consumers and improving the market competitiveness and farming efficiency of grass carp. So, how can we raise crispy meat grass carp? 1. Breeding conditions Grass carp embrittlement breeding can be carried out in ponds or cages. Pond requirements: less silt at the bottom of the pond, sufficient water source, good water quality without pollution, convenient water inlet and outlet, area of 1330-2000 square meters, water depth of about 2 meters, and thorough pond cleaning according to routine requirements before stocking. Cages can be set up in the leeward and sunny places of lakes, reservoirs, and rivers. Water body requirements: no pollution, rich dissolved oxygen, water depth of 4-7 meters, flat bottom and no aquatic plants. A fully enclosed cage is used, with specifications of 5 meters × 4 meters × 2.5 meters, mesh size of 0.05 meters, and a 30-mesh gauze cloth at the bottom of the cage as a feeding table to prevent feed loss. New cages should be put into water 7-10 days in advance to soften the cage pieces to prevent scratches on the fish body; used cages should be cleaned and soaked in 5% quicklime solution for 30 minutes. 2. Stocking of fish Select grass carp with a healthy physique, no injuries or diseases, and an average tail weight of 0.5 kg as fish fingerlings. The stocking amount in ponds is 150-250 kg/mu, and the stocking amount in cages is 15-20 kg/square meter. In order to regulate water quality, 50-60 silver carp and bighead carp with a body length of 0.13-0.15 meters can be stocked per mu of pond, and 1-2 silver carp and bighead carp with a body length of 0.13-0.15 meters can be stocked per square meter of cage. Before stocking, it is best to give grass carp an immunization injection. If conditions are unavailable, the fish fingerlings can be immersed in a 4% saline solution for 5-10 minutes. 3. The brittle breeding season can be carried out from the time when grass carp starts to feed in spring when the water temperature is above 15℃ until they stop feeding in winter. If a breeding model of rotational capture and release or phased and batch breeding is adopted, the time for each round (batch) of brittle breeding shall not be less than 60 to 70 days. 4. Breeding and management The feed is mainly high-protein broad beans, with a small amount of grass, but no other feed can be added. At the beginning, you can stop feeding for 2 to 3 days, and then feed a small amount of soaked broad beans (you can soak the broad beans in 1% salt water for 12 to 24 hours). You can feed regularly and quantitatively after the grass carp can eat normally. Generally, feed once at around 8 am and around 5 pm every day. The specific feeding amount should be adjusted according to the feeding situation of the grass carp and the change of water temperature. When the water temperature is 16℃~19℃, the daily feed amount is 1.5%~2% of the grass carp's body weight; when the water temperature is 19℃~22℃, the daily feed amount is 2%~3% of the grass carp's body weight; when the water temperature is 22℃~25℃, the daily feed amount is 3% of the grass carp's body weight; when the water temperature is 22℃~25℃, the daily feed amount is 3%~4% of the grass carp's body weight; when the water temperature is 25℃~28℃, the daily feed amount is 4%~5% of the grass carp's body weight; when the water temperature is 28℃~30℃, the daily feed amount is 5%~6% of the grass carp's body weight. Daily management is the same as conventional grass carp farming. (Li Dagang) 2. Why can’t silver carp and bighead carp in the fish pond grow up?Silver carp is suitable for increasing value in fertile water, that is, there should be enough plankton in the pond, which is the food of silver carp. Sprinkle chicken manure to enrich the water quality in the pond. 3. Ask the experts of fishing for silver carp and bighead carpThe sub-line is 30 cm single, the hook is 10 or even 13, which is big. The hook distance is 4. It is also upgraded to an unconventional large IV. What to do if a large number of silver carp (bighead carp) dieFish lack oxygen in water. The fish will begin to breathe rapidly and with difficulty, and its body color will gradually fade. Sometimes the capillaries around its mouth or fins will become congested, and it will float on the water surface for a long time until it loses consciousness, faints, or dies from exhaustion. You can buy a small oxygen pump to add oxygen, or reduce the breeding density. 5. Ask the experts for advice (silver carp and bighead carp bait)There are many baits for fishing silver carp and bighead carp. Generally, you need to ensure that the specific gravity is light and the atomization is good! When fishing, you need to keep casting the rod and maintain the frequency. Just form an atomized piece (nest)! |
