CATDOLL: Are there really a lot of native chickens in Daliangshan, Sichuan?

1. Are there really many native chickens in Daliang Mountain, Sichuan?

Daliang Mountain in Sichuan belongs to the Yi Autonomous Region. It is very suitable for breeding and has beautiful scenery, so there are really many native chickens. There are many delicious foods in Daliang Mountain, and there are also many kinds of wild animals on the mountain.

Daliangshan is a mountainous area. If you want to get rich, you must rely on agricultural and sideline products. I think it is true that there are many native chickens there. Of course, many of Aunt Zeng Zhen's native chickens are naturally grown, not raised in a pen, but in nature. Good land grows.

You still have to make sure you eat good local chickens. After all, there are few good ones and many are feed-based products. My friend told me that there are specialty stores selling local chickens in Liangshan.

2. How to tell whether it is a real free-range egg?

1. The shells of local eggs contain high amounts of calcium and are thick and hard, while the shells of foreign eggs are thinner and more brittle.

2. The egg white of local eggs is clear and sticky, while the egg white of foreign eggs is very thin.

3. The egg yolk has a high degree of coagulation and floats on the egg white without sinking to the bottom. A toothpick inserted in the middle of the egg yolk can stand upright.

4. Peel the cooked egg and knead it in your hands. Even if the egg is squeezed flat, the egg white will not crack and it will remain a complete egg.

5. Real free-range eggs are indeed more delicious than any other eggs sold on the market. Real free-range eggs, even boiled eggs in plain water, are very delicious.

6. After the local chicken egg white is boiled, when you cut it, you can see that the egg yolk is yarn-like and the color of the yolk is bright yellow, not whitish.

7. Foreign eggs are big and have more egg white, which means they have more water. You can see it when you fry the eggs, because they make a sizzling sound as soon as they are put into the oil pan.

How to observe the freshness of eggs:

1. Take an egg and put it in your hand. Hold it between your fingers and shake it gently between your ears. If you feel water shaking inside, the egg is no longer fresh.

2. Find a basin, fill it with water, and put the egg in the water. If the egg lies flat and sinks to the bottom of the water, it means it is a very fresh egg. If the egg is submerged in the water at an angle, it means it has been there for a while. If the egg floats in the water, it means it is very old and cannot be eaten.

3. Prepare a flashlight and shine it on the head of the egg in a dark place. If you see a larger gap, it means the egg is quite old. If the gap is very small, it means the egg is very fresh.

4. Use paper shell to roll a tube smaller than the egg, then turn it towards the egg. If the egg looks bright, it is a good egg. If a black mass is seen, the egg is bad.
