CATDOLL: What are the methods for breeding flies?

1. What are the methods for breeding flies?

Such as cultivation methods in pots, barrels, and tanks, and outdoor flat surface cultivation methods.

There are also outdoor earth pit breeding method, outdoor maggot breeding pond breeding method, indoor three-dimensional breeding method, indoor flat maggot breeding pond breeding method, indoor platform breeding method, solid feed automated breeding method, etc. According to the author's experience, as a forest frog breeder, in order to maintain a relatively stable and high yield of fly maggots, the workload is relatively small and the investment is not too large, fly maggot breeding should mainly adopt two methods: separate breeding of seed flies and fly maggots and breeding of seed flies and fly maggots together.

The advantages of separate farming are high yield, good control, and relatively less impact from weather, so the yield is relatively stable. The disadvantages are that the facility construction requirements are relatively complex, the operation is relatively complex, and the investment is slightly larger. The advantage of combined farming is that the operation is relatively simple. The disadvantage is that the yield is greatly affected by the weather and the yield is relatively less than that of separate farming.

There are two types of breeding methods for breeding flies and fly maggots: cage breeding and room breeding, and three types of breeding methods for fly maggots: flat breeding, box breeding and three-dimensional breeding. There are two types of breeding methods for breeding adult flies and fly maggots: flat breeding and three-dimensional breeding.

2. What is the value of flies?

Engineered fly maggots are a renewable source of high-quality protein

Engineered flies are a fine breed of flies bred from houseflies (Musca domestica) that have been artificially bred for 40 years. They belong to the class Insecta, order Diptera, suborder Cycloschisis, family Muscidae. They are the most common and most abundant species in most parts of my country. After years of research and development, the factory-based large-scale breeding technology of engineered fly larvae (maggots) has become relatively mature, and their deep processing and utilization have become particularly important. Experiments have shown that engineered fly larvae are not only a promising, cheap, high-quality animal protein source, but can also be developed into medicines, health products, biochemical preparations, pesticides and chemical products. They are internationally recognized as a high-quality protein source.

①. Fly maggots are rich in protein and can be used to extract protein, which is mainly used in food, medicine, industry, fermentation industry, rubber industry, etc.;

② The amino acid composition of fly maggots is relatively reasonable, so they can be used to produce hydrolyzed protein and amino acids. Amino acids can be used as medicines to treat some diseases caused by amino acid deficiency, and can also be processed into health foods, or used as food fortifiers, and can also be used to make cosmetics;

③. Fly maggots can be directly processed into active protein powder. The active protein powder of fly maggots has the functions of anti-fatigue, anti-radiation, anti-aging, liver protection, and immunity enhancement, and is an ideal health product;

④. Chitin can be extracted from the skin and pupa shells of fly maggots. Chitin is a natural bioactive substance of nitrogen-containing polysaccharides, which is widely used in many high-tech fields such as industry, medicine, food, daily chemicals, national defense, environmental protection, and agriculture. Its development and utilization has been increasingly valued by the scientific, medical, and business communities at home and abroad.

⑤. New medicines can be developed using fly maggots. Engineered flies have unique immune functions. They contain an "antibacterial active protein" with a strong bactericidal effect. This active protein is sufficient to kill invading bacteria at a concentration of one ten-thousandth. At the same time, their hemolymph contains lectins with anti-cancer effects. Furthermore, fly maggots also contain a type of fecal alkaligenic bacteria that can inhibit a variety of bacteria that cause skin abscesses, and can promote the formation of the epidermis and the healing of sores. In addition, engineered flies also contain 2-4% phospholipids, which have the functions of protecting cell membranes, lowering blood lipids, and preventing and treating cardiovascular diseases. Therefore, fly maggots have broad prospects in the development of medicines.

⑥. Fly maggots and breeding waste can be developed into compound fertilizers that promote crop growth and pesticides or anti-disease preparations with insect and disease resistance.

At present, people's pursuit of longevity and awareness of self-health care are strengthening. The development of products using the high-quality protein, rich amino acids and various trace elements contained in insects has just started in my country. With the advancement of science and technology and the widespread use of insect health foods abroad, maggot nutritional protein powder will surely win the hearts of consumers with its unique efficacy and rich nutrition.

You can feed frogs and turtles.

3. Where is the breeding base of the winged fly?

The place where the broken-winged fly breeding base is located is the Hunan Fly Ecological Breeding Farm, which is located in Gongtian Town, Yueyang County, Hunan Province. The farm is mainly engaged in the research and development of flies to breed native chickens, pheasants, guinea fowls, and green-shell laying hens. This farm supplies a large amount of green and free-winged flies all year round. Introduction to the ecological breeding farm: This ecological breeding farm is located at No. 57, Shibu Section, Yonglong Road, Xixiangtang District, on the outskirts of Nanning, Guangxi.
