CATDOLL: How to raise maggots using pig manure?

1. How to raise maggots using pig manure?

Fermented manure → sent to maggot room → piled into strips → placed on egg collecting material → covered with egg mass after laying → retain water and heat to breed maggots → automatic separation → collect adult maggots → comprehensive utilization → shovel out residual manure → repeat the production cycle.

Manure formula and fermentation: Formula 1: 70% fresh pig manure (within 3 days), 30% chicken manure (within one week); Formula 2: 100% fresh pig manure from slaughterhouse; Formula 3: 60% pig manure, 30% bean dregs, 10% bran; Formula 4: 70% chicken manure, 30% distiller's grains. Fermentation method: 1 ton of manure, 20 kg of health liquid, 5 kg of corn flour, mix well with manure in the fermentation tank, cover with plastic film and seal tightly, and use after 1 to 3 days of fermentation (short in summer and long in winter).

The fermented manure is sent to the maggot house, and three strips are piled in each pool, each 0.8 meters long, 0.2 meters wide, and 0.15 meters high. The time for feeding manure is: 8-9 o'clock every day in winter and spring, and 16-18 o'clock in the afternoon in summer and autumn.

Place egg-collecting materials on the dung pile, three small piles for each maggot. The formula of egg-collecting materials is: calculated based on 100 kg of dung: 1 kg of wheat bran, 2 liang of fish meal, 3 liang of peanut bran, 1.5 kg of water. Mix well and place on the dung pile. After placing the egg-collecting materials, it is forbidden to walk around in the maggot room.

Under normal circumstances, after placing the egg-collecting material, flies will gather on the egg-collecting material to lay eggs. At 20 o'clock in the evening, a small amount of egg-collecting material is used to cover the egg masses exposed outside, provided by fly maggot breeding technology.

At room temperature of 25-35°C, the eggs usually hatch into small maggots after 8 hours.

Female flies have the instinct to hatch eggs safely, so they lay eggs in a quiet or sheltered place rich in nutrients. To understand this habit of female flies, you can use plastic square plates, cans and other containers, put nutrients (meat bones, leftover soup, fish offal, watermelon rinds, wheat bran, sugar solution and other waste) in them, and place them in a quiet place to lure flies to lay eggs. When the eggs hatch into maggots, you can move them into chicken manure to let them grow.

2. How to raise maggots with raw meat?

Put a small amount of sawdust in a small wooden box, and place the fish head or large bone in a windless and shaded place. After 4-5 days, the fish will become maggots. Pick out the maggots one by one, put them into a bottle with wheat bran, and let them grow for two days. The maggots keep rolling in the bottle, which not only cleans their bodies and exercises their skin, but also spits out the dirty water. The body is white, the skin is firm, the meat is thick, and the belly is hollow. It is not easy for fish to bite and break the skin. It is very suitable for

3. Who can tell me how to breed maggots?

Hanging carrion to attract maggots, then feeding them with fermented manure

4. Please tell me how to breed or catch maggots (in a more hygienic way)

When the fish is small, place it in a ventilated place with flies to let maggots grow. It will smell good after 3-4 days. The raw maggots will be cleaner if placed in wheat bran. You can also use boiled eggs, crack the outer shell a few times, and place it in a place with flies. It will be cleaner after 4-5 days.

5. How to easily breed fly maggots outdoors

Preparation and placement of manure: 70% fresh pig manure (within 3 days of pig excretion), 30% chicken manure (within one week); 100% fresh pig manure from slaughterhouse; 50% chicken manure, 25% pig manure, 25% tofu dregs. Mix the above manure, with a water content of 100%, pile the manure to a height of 20 cm, cover it with agricultural film, and it can be used after 24 to 48 hours. Since it is outdoor breeding, the manure can be directly sent to the breeding pond without fermentation. Send the fermented manure to the maggot house and pile three in each pond, each 0.8 meters long, 0.2 meters wide, and 0.15 meters high. The time for placing manure is 4 to 5 pm every day. Preparation and placement of egg collection materials: Since it is outdoors, there are more choices for egg collection materials. Dead fish can be placed directly on the manure pile, or they can be prepared according to the following formula: Calculated based on 100 kg of manure: 1 kg of wheat bran, 2 liang of fish meal, 3 liang of peanut bran, and 1.5 kg of water. After mixing, it can be placed on the dung pile. After placing the egg-collecting material, it is forbidden to walk around the maggot pool. Daily management: After placing the dung pile, the egg-collecting material (preferably dead fish or fish viscera in the first few days to attract wild flies) is placed. In places where there are many wild flies, a large number of flies will gather on the egg-collecting material within half an hour to lay eggs. At 9 o'clock in the evening, a small amount of egg-collecting material should be used to cover the egg masses laid by the flies with a thin layer to increase the hatching rate and reduce the damage of insects such as ants. The fly egg masses will all hatch on the next morning. After 36 to 48 hours, the fly maggots have already crawled all over the neatly stacked dung pile. After 72 hours, the first grown fly maggots begin to crawl out of the dung pile and automatically separate and fall into the maggot collection bucket. Generally, all the fly maggots in the dung pile have been separated on the seventh day. Assuming that you have 14 maggot pools, you should add manure to two pools every day, fill them all on the seventh day, and shovel out the residual manure from which the maggots have been released on the first day on the eighth day, and put in new manure. This cycle of production continues. At 10 a.m., collect the maggots from the maggot collection bucket, shovel out the residual manure from which the maggots have been released, and shovel the manure from other pools that have been loosened by the maggots and have been piled up on the edge of the pool into the middle of the manure pile to avoid blockage and confusion when the maggots are separated. Outdoor simple breeding of maggots does not require feeding. However, in order to keep the flies around the maggot breeding room and not want to leave, new manure and egg collection materials must be put in every day. The main food for flies comes from manure and egg collection materials. Since outdoor maggots cannot be disinfected, the maggots cultured must carry a lot of harmful bacteria. It is recommended to soak them in 70,000ths of potassium permanganate water for 5 minutes before feeding them to economic animals.

6. Does anyone know how to raise fly maggots? Thanks!

I have heard people talk about how ethnic minorities are raised.

Take 2 pounds of pork and hang it outside for flies to eat. When the meat becomes smelly, put the meat in a jar and wait for the fly eggs to hatch. When the flies have eaten the meat or you think the flies are big enough, you can eat it.
