2. How to fill in the silkworm breeding growth record?

Raising silkworms requires observation of the amount of mulberry leaves they eat and their excrement, as well as their daily growth rate.

3. How should the growth in the silkworm breeding record be filled in?

The young silkworms swim slowly in the mulberry leaves, crawl around, grow slowly, then spin silk, shrink themselves in the silk, turn into pupae, then shed their shells, crawl out of the pupae, turn into small insects, and repeat the cycle over and over again?

4. Observation records of silkworms?

Silkworm breeding diary

April 9, 2018

On the way home from school this afternoon, my mother saw an old man selling silkworms at the gate of our school, so she spent one yuan to buy ten little silkworms. After I finished my homework, I began to observe them. 1. The color of these silkworms is gray, some are yellow, and they are only half the size of a sewing needle. At 8:30 in the evening, I saw that the silkworms had made several holes in the mulberry leaves.

2. Later I discovered that silkworms would twist their bodies and escape when they encountered danger.

3. I found that the feces of silkworms are like black sesame seeds, and the mouths of the young silkworms are black.

April 9, 2018

Today I found that the silkworms have white heads and yellow bodies. Suddenly I found that silkworms can play hide-and-seek with leaves. I also found that in addition to white silkworms, there are also brown silkworms. Some silkworms look like earthworms.

I counted the silkworms today and found two very small ones. Some of the larger ones have small white spots on their mouths.

April 9, 2018

After not seeing them for three days, I discovered that the silkworms had grown at an alarming rate. They were now terrifyingly large compared to a few days ago.

April 9, 2018

Today I found a silkworm starting to spin silk.

Brief comment: Careful observation will allow you to gain some knowledge that may not be found in books

5. What methods can be used to record silkworm breeding?

Silkworm breeding records can be recorded in the form of a diary to record the daily growth and changes of silkworms. Silkworms slowly hatch from small black seeds and grow up little by little. Recording this process can exercise children's observation ability and cultivate children's patience. In the growth of silkworms, children sometimes need to learn some knowledge by looking for information. Parents should support and help their children.

6. What are the 8 growth stages of silkworms?

1. Incubation

The silkworms that have just hatched from eggs are called ant silkworms. They are covered with fine hairs, which will become less noticeable after about two days.

Silkworms live on mulberry leaves. After eating mulberry leaves continuously, their bodies turn white. After a period of time, they begin to shed their skin. 3. Silkworms do not eat or move when they sleep. On the surface, they are sleeping, but in fact, they are shedding their old skin and replacing it with a new one to continue growing. Silkworms shed their skin 4 times during the entire breeding process. Each time they shed their skin, they do not eat or move. At this time, try not to disturb them, and do not throw them away thinking they are sick. Each sleep period of silkworms lasts about one day. 3. Silkworms spin silk

4. After molting once, it is the second instar larva. Each molt is counted as one year older. It takes four molts in total to become the fifth instar larva before it starts spinning silk and making cocoons.

Generally, the silkworms start to spin cocoons around 25 days old. When the silkworms' backs are shiny, yellow and transparent, it means that they are about to spin silk and spin cocoons. At this time, a cross-space should be provided for the silkworms to spin cocoons. 6. It takes two days to form a complete cocoon, and the silkworms complete the last molting in the cocoon and become pupae. 7. Break out of the cocoon

After about ten days, the female moth emerges from its cocoon and becomes a silkworm moth. After emerging from its cocoon, the female moth emits a scent from its tail to attract the male moth to mate. After mating, the male dies. The female moth can lay about 500 eggs in one night and then slowly dies.

7. My experience of raising silkworms?

1. Early in the morning, I went to the countryside to pick the best and tenderest mulberry leaves from the mulberry trees. The black silkworms were placed on the mulberry leaves I had just picked. They were small and black! One leaf was enough for many silkworms to eat. Eat it, eat it, and grow up quickly.

2. In just a few days, the silkworms have grown so big, and they are so cute. Every time they grow a little bigger, they will shed their skin, so remember to clean the silkworms' home.

3. There are not enough mulberry leaves. The grown silkworms have a big appetite. At night, you can only hear them munching on the food. I have to go prepare some mulberry leaves. The mulberries on the tree haven’t grown well yet, but they have already eaten all the leaves.

4. Eat, eat, eat. The fat and white silkworm will shed its skin four times and become a fifth-instar silkworm. At that time, the silkworm will spin silk and make a cocoon after eating mulberry leaves for a few days.

5. This is a silkworm spinning silk. At this time, the color of the silkworm looks slightly yellowish, and the yellow is transparent, especially the chest. You can already see the silk inside its body.

6. A silkworm will not stop spinning silk until it dies! Look, many moths are looking for their mates.
