CATDOLL: Is the kelp currently sold on the market cultivated artificially?

The kelp sold in the market is all artificially grown, so there is nothing to distinguish.

Kelp is the same whether it is wild or cultivated. Its artificial cultivation is different from some other artificial cultivation methods that use chemical fertilizers, etc. Instead, the kelp seedlings are attached to small rocks, tied with ropes and hung in the bay where the wind and waves are small, allowing them to grow freely. When the ropes are pulled up, it is harvested. Therefore, its growth environment is better than that of wild ones, and therefore it grows better.

It is better to choose leaves that are broad and thick, and green is even better.
