1. How to cook tuna

Vinegar-grilled tuna

Material

Main ingredients: 2 pieces of frozen tuna (more than one pound)

Accessories: 4 cloves of garlic (sliced), a piece of ginger (sliced), a scallion (cut into sections), a star anise, 6-8 peppercorns, vinegar, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, coriander, salt and sugar (a small amount, or not)
