CATDOLL: If you want to cultivate a higher yield of razor clams, what issues should you pay attention to?

Razor clams belong to the family of Bambusidae. They are molluscs among shellfish. They are mainly produced in coastal areas of my country and Japan. They are one of the main farmed shellfish in my country. They are rich in nutrition and have high market benefits. You can add ice cubes or ice bags to cool them down. In such an environment, razor clams can survive for about 1 day. Due to the lack of plankton in the water, the longer the razor clams are kept, the thinner they become. It is better to eat them as soon as possible.

Ulcer disease mainly occurs in young razor clam seedlings. It is a bacterial disease caused by Vibrio anguillarum and Vibrio algae-lyticus. The disease may occur at all stages of clam breeding. After being infected, the seedlings will sink to the bottom of the water, and their activity and food intake will decrease. After selecting a suitable breeding site, the clam field must be tidied. First, the site must be harrowed and plowed, and deep plowing must be done in areas with harder bottom soil. Then, raking and leveling must be performed to make the soil soft and suitable for the growth of clams.

Razor clam meat is delicious and nutritious. According to the test, every 100 grams of fresh meat contains 7.2 grams of protein, 1.2 grams of fat, 2.4 grams of carbohydrates, 3 grams of sugar, 133 milligrams of calcium, 114 milligrams of phosphorus, 227 milligrams of iron, and 200 kilojoules of calories. Razor clams also have certain medical effects. Point necrosis is also a bacterial disease caused by an unknown bacillus infection. It occurs at all stages of the growth of razor clams, and the mortality rate after the attack is extremely high. The characteristics of leaky clams are not very obvious in the early stage, but when the clams are about to die, point necrotic tissue appears on the body.

Build a standard model clam field. Whether it is cooked or raw, the outer coating must be turned over, raked, and leveled before stocking. The entire clam field can be divided into small ridges 3-7 meters wide, with small ditches between the ridges. The ridge surface is road-shaped and does not accumulate water. The shrimp and clam mixed culture pond is built with reference to the outer coating. The water temperature is 13-15℃, the salinity is 12-15%, and it can survive for about 5 days. It is generally fed with running water. There is generally no taboo on mixed culture of these shellfish, but because of their small size, they are placed separately.

If clams encounter naked-armed sail algae, they will stop filtering food. The high concentration of hydrogen sulfide in the bottom sediment will reduce the absorption of nutrients by clams, which are in a sub-healthy state for a long time, and seriously affect their growth rate.

The land should be harrowed and ploughed, and deep plowing should be done in areas with hard bottom. Then the soil should be harrowed and leveled to make it soft and suitable for the early growth of clams.

The first step is to harrow and till the site. Deep plowing should be done in areas with hard substrate. Then raking and leveling should be done to make the soil soft and suitable for the growth of clams.

The second point of seeding should be carried out during the high tide. At this time, 70 catties of clams with a shell length of 1 cm can be sown per mu for outdoor farming, and 60-80 kg per mu for inner ponds. Don't plant too densely. If it rains and there is a lot of fresh water before sowing, you can sprinkle about 10 kg of coarse salt per mu to facilitate the clams to drill holes.

Point 3: At the beginning of stocking, the survival rate of clams should be checked and the seedlings should be replenished in time. After the strong wind and waves, the coating surface should be smoothed in time. In summer, the seedlings should be weeded in time to make the coating surface loose. After the tide recedes in summer, water accumulation should be prevented to prevent the clams from being scalded to death.
