Where is Wuchang fish produced?

The bream caught at the confluence of the Fankou River in Ezhou City, Hubei Province is called Wuchang fish, or Fankou Wuchang fish.

There are remains of a "stone mortar" at the Wuchang Shipen Ancient Ferry. Under the stone mortar is a deep pool with no bottom, just at the foot of Shimen Mountain in the west of Ezhou, east of Tuigu.
