Things to note when transporting pet cats:

1. Cats need to be shipped in special plastic empty shipping boxes. Usually domestic iron pet cat cages are not up to standard.

2. Before shipping, you need to take your pet cat for quarantine and get a quarantine certificate. The quarantine fee is 20-30 yuan. The quarantine certificate should be attached to the shipping bill.

3. When transporting by air, try to put the cat on the same plane as yourself.

4. After selecting a flight, you must arrive at the airport at least 3 hours in advance, otherwise you may not be able to board the plane after quarantine. Expect waiting time and flight time, prepare enough water and food for your cat, hot weather, poor ventilation, etc., which will cause harm to your cat.

5. Fasting before check-in. Pets’ fear of unfamiliar environments and bumps on the road can easily cause cats to vomit. Therefore, try to fast your cat 4 hours before departure, and do not feed your cat immediately after arriving at the destination to give the cat a buffer time.

6. After the trip, pick up the goods with the waybill as soon as possible.
