Tips for feeding kittens:

1. If you have a female cat at home, be sure to wash your hands before feeding the cat, wrap the kitten with a towel or use disposable gloves to prevent the mother cat from smelling the kitten and picking it up or even eating it.

2. Every time after feeding the cat, give the kitten's butt to the mother cat to lick. The mother cat will help the kitten clean up the feces and urine.

3. If there is no female cat at home, you will have to be the cat mother and use a cotton swab or paper towel dipped in warm water (it must be warm water, not too hot, the cat's skin is very tender and you don't want to burn it) to wipe the cat's butt. After wiping for a while, you will see that the cat will urinate and occasionally defecate. Careful parents can write it down so that they can go to the hospital for examination in the future so that the doctor can understand the cat's condition.

4. After urinating, use a dry tissue or towel to wipe the kitten dry to prevent it from catching a cold.

5. The most important point! If there is no mother cat, you must put a hot water bottle to keep warm. Kittens are very fragile, so remember to keep warm. When not feeding, use a hot water bag or hot water bottle to replace the mother cat. Fill it with hot water and wrap it with a towel to prevent scalding the kittens. Change the hot water about every 4 hours. The temperature in the box should be 25-30 degrees in the first two weeks, and gradually drop to 20 degrees Celsius in the sixth week.

6. Never give it a bath. If it is a kitten you picked up, just wipe its body with a hot towel, and then dry it with a dry towel. Pay attention to ventilation and keep the nest dry.
