Dinggui fish, also known as European Dingi, Dingi, and Bearded fish, is a fish that can be cured by rubbing its body against it. It is also known as the doctor fish. How to raise Dinggui fish? Here are some tips on how to raise Dinggui fish. I hope they are useful to you. Introduction of Dinggu Fish Dinggu Fish (Golden Salmon, Dinggu Fish, Dinggu Fish, Bearded Fish, Golden Salmon, Bearded Dinggu Fish, Dingsui Fish) belongs to the Cypriniformes, Cyprinidae, Leucineae, native to Europe, and is known as the royal pet fish. The survival temperature of this fish is 0-41℃; in terms of nutritional value, it has tender meat, no intramuscular spines, delicious meat taste, high protein content (18.85%), and is especially rich in brain gold (11.49-20.88 mol% unsaturated fatty acids). It is known as a green health food and is sold well in Europe. This fish has many colors such as green, yellow, blue, and white, but the golden dinghies are the most recommended. This fish has a beautiful shape, a slightly cylindrical body, and is covered with extremely small and dense scales. It is not only a delicious fish, but also a top-quality fish for breeding, viewing, and fishing. Dinggui fish is a precious fish species, and its meat is delicious and incomparable to ordinary fish. Farming technology of mandarin fish (I) Fry rearing In order to ensure that the fish fry can obtain large quantities of high-quality and palatable natural food after being put into the pond, accelerate their growth and increase their survival rate, base fertilizer, that is, fertilizer water, must be applied into the pond before stocking. The palatable food for fish fry in the pond for the first time is small zooplankton such as rotifers and nauplii. According to experiments, the number of rotifers per liter of water and the biomass of 20-40 mg/liter are good when fish fry are put into the pond. Fish fry grow fast and have a high survival rate because of the rich palatable food, which can be used as a biological indicator of "fertile water in the pond". The following points should be kept in mind when stocking fish fry: 1. Fry can only be released into the pond after their swim bladders are inflated, they can swim horizontally, and they can take in food from the outside world (usually 4-6 days). If they are released into the pond too early, they may die. 2. The water temperature of the fry before they are put into the pond should be similar to that of the pond. Try to keep the water temperature in the fry container similar to that of the pond. If the temperature exceeds ±2℃, then release the fry into the pond. 3. Completely eliminate harmful organisms in the pond. 4. Stocking density: If the fry are raised directly to summer flowers, the general stocking density is 80,000-100,000 per mu. If the fish are first raised to black fry (14-18 days), the general stocking density is 180,000-200,000 per mu, and then raised from black fry to 1.5-inch summer flowers (12-16 days), the general stocking density is 20,000-30,000 per mu. The stocking density varies with pond conditions, the amount and quality of feed and fertilizer, the early or late stocking date, water temperature, and feeding techniques. 5. The feeding and management can refer to the patterns of domestic fish, carp and crucian carp, which are basically the same. (II) Fish breeding Tench fish can be raised as fingerlings in summer and can be mixed with silver carp and bighead carp, but not with carp and crucian carp, because they have basically the same feeding habits, and tench fish cannot compete with carp and crucian carp in terms of food grabbing ability. Therefore, it cannot reach the expected specifications when it is released from the pond. 8,000-10,000 tench are stocked per mu, along with 2,000-3,000 silver carp and bighead carp. The size of tench fingerlings out of the pond is 40-80 grams. (Feed with pellet feed). (III) Fish breeding The 40-80g tench fingerlings are fed with pellet feed. Generally, they can reach 200-400g in one year, which is completely up to the market standard. (IV) Bait After one year of breeding and artificial domestication, tench likes to eat granular feed. The best feeding temperature is 25-30℃. Because tench has short intestines and is a bottom-dwelling omnivore, it requires feed protein slightly higher than that of carp and crucian carp. The reference formula is: 15% fish meal, 28% soybean meal, 10% rapeseed meal, 8% cottonseed meal, 10% flour, 11% bran, 10% alcohol protein powder, 2% phosphorus, 3% zeolite powder, and 2% additives. (V) Economic significance The growth of tench is slower than that of carp, but faster than that of crucian carp, and it is easy to tame. The largest individual can reach 700 mm and weigh 7,500 grams. The meat of tench is tender, high in fat, and very delicious. It is a good raw material for making raw fish skin and has a high commodity value. In particular, the thick fish skin of this fish has a unique taste, which can be described as "the time for eating the skin has passed, but the remaining fragrance remains in the teeth". The domestic market price of commercial fish is more than 40 yuan per kilogram, and there is no stock at a price. At present, the market size of commercial fish is 200-400 grams. Tench can reach the market size in two years, which is an ideal variety to replace carp and crucian carp. At present, it is being paid attention to by aquatic research departments and production units across the country. The economic value of Dinggui fish According to the test conducted by the Fish Nutrition Laboratory of the Institute of Fisheries Economics and Animals, School of Life Sciences, Sun Yat-sen University, the average meat content of tench is 72.4%, which is much higher than that of silver carp, Nile tilapia, red carp, mandarin fish, etc. The crude protein content in the muscle is 18.85%, the crude fat is 1.73%, and the total content of 17 kinds of amino acids is 18.03%. The content of unsaturated fatty acids is high, among which the content of "brain gold" DHA and EPA is significantly higher than that of other freshwater fish. The DHA content is 19.4, which is 2.2 times that of mandarin fish (9.1) and 2.5 times that of tilapia (7.8); the EPA content is 3.9, which is 1.8 times that of mandarin fish (2.2) and 4.3 times that of tilapia (0.9). At the same time, it is rich in trace elements such as potassium, magnesium, and phosphorus, so it is praised by experts as a "smart fish". DHA is an essential fatty acid for the brain. It is effective in the formation of the fetal brain and in improving dementia caused by brain aging in the elderly. The fatty acid EPA can produce a hormone that prevents blood coagulation, which can prevent thrombotic diseases such as myocardial infarction and cerebral infarction, and is effective in preventing allergies and cancer. The meat of tench is tender and delicious, with high content of unsaturated fatty acids, good medical value, rich in brain gold, especially the gelatinous skin and meat on the surface, which is delicious when cooked. The body color of tench is diverse, mainly green, yellow, red and white, which is of great ornamental value; tench likes to be hooked, and is a species of fishing with great development prospects. Tench is omnivorous, cold-resistant, disease-resistant, easy to transport over long distances, and well accepted by the market. It has the advantages of high nutritional value, wide temperature range, tolerance to low oxygen, omnivorous diet, easy domestication, and high catch rate. It is an excellent species for pond breeding and lake and reservoir breeding. This fish has been accepted by a large number of consumers. As long as the breeding technology is improved and the survival rate is increased, it can be promoted as a main breeding object in ponds. Nutritional Value 1. Mandarin fish contains protein, fat, a small amount of vitamins, calcium, potassium, magnesium, selenium and other nutrients. The meat is tender and very easy to digest. For children, the elderly, the weak, and those with poor spleen and stomach digestion function, eating mandarin fish can not only replenish the body, but also do not have to worry about digestion difficulties. 2. Mandarin fish meat has low calories and is rich in antioxidants. It is an excellent choice for women who love delicious food, want to beautify themselves but are afraid of obesity. 3. Guiyu is sweet, mild, non-toxic, and enters the spleen and stomach meridians. It has the nourishing effect of replenishing qi and blood, and benefiting the spleen and stomach. 4. Eating mandarin fish has the effect of "killing tuberculosis", which means it is beneficial to the recovery of tuberculosis patients. |
