CATDOLL : Are cats solitary animals?

Are cats solitary animals?

1. Cats are solitary animals, not social animals. In fact, very few cats live in groups. Apart from African lions, leopards, cheetahs, jaguars, puma, and even lynxes live alone, not to mention tigers.

2. There may be many stray cats together, but they neither cooperate in hunting nor form a fixed, interconnected small society, so they cannot be considered as living in a group. The relationships between individuals living in a group are very close.
